it wouldnt surprise me if arum made calls to the rothstein aka redstone family (owners of viacom/cbs).
Arum didn't force him to give 10s of millions to ABC NBC PBC and other networks, hoping for advertising and TV deals like the NBA and NFL. That was the FREE TV model. With over 240+ fighters, he could have built his own content and sports app. 9.99 a month you get fight cards, fighter-specific content as in the day in the life, behind the scenes, etc, etc, etc. with no middle man he could have done ppvs for 34.99. Cross his fighters with the music industry since that's his specialty. How about Broner hanging on tour with so and so or Spence with Yellow B on tour or whatever his name is vs. trying to kiss him on the neck? His team has no clue how to star build. Out of all those fighters, it's really just Spence and Wilder who are borderline. Too late now unless he will take money out of his own pockets. Nope, he'll sell a ***********al product before he does that. Heard he is looking for an investor. You'd have to be out of your mind. The only out is DAZN. Let us see if their execs have learned something since GGGimmick. You buy the fights from Haymon with veto power if he tries to give you BS fighters and not have his best fighters fight each. I'd advise them to hire one of Top Ranks matchmakers.

Each time some internet clown posts about PBC being over, we get the same pool of NSB members giddy.

Maybe one day someone will give an honest reason why they hate pbc and why they want them to fail.

I look forward to that day so we can have a robust discussion.
Why is it with you everything is about somebody hating.

These guys whose Gucci shoes you love to shine, they not above criticism.

If they putting on s&&t fights and can't make the fights people want to see happen, then it is what it is.

oh yes, top rank matchmakers. that way we can see fighters get robbed of wins so trilogies can happen. maybe al haymon can learn from bob arum's fake posters from fake fans waiting for fighters to come at the airport?

your avatar tells me everything i need to know about you.

everything i posted about al haymon being squeezed out and being an interloper in an industry that is controlled by people like bob arum STANDS.

          its the truth.

al haymon doesnt belong and arum and his ilk will do everything in their power to push him out so their own kind retain monopoly in this industry.

          dont be dishonest.

I just gave you the MBA run down on PBC. Now you can play LDBC/Dontae or IBFP Boxing/Thunderdome if you like.

i couldnt care less what you "thought" you gave me.

              my entire point stands.

al haymon is an interloper in an industry controlled by people like bob arum.

you see what's happening to kanye?

              its that easy.

his life destroyed over what? a crime committed? robbery? physical assault?

              NO. AN OPINION.

you're not engaging in honest discourse.

I can’t say for sure about PBC, but I am getting the impression that boxing is becoming more of a niche sport than it was in the days of Ali and even Tyson.

Any news about Fox making the same 2yr extension deal with PBC?

I don't believe the deal with Fox will continue once it expires.

In the end, im sure we ALL had high hopes and expectations for pbc. But once they decided NOT to put together the best fights within their humongous stable, and gave us more bs than substance, im alright with them falling by the wayside. Those boxers are going to have a huge wake up call and realize they werent worth as much as they were getting paid.
