Ruiz doesn't move his head. He's a highlight reel KO waiting to happen.

They also have a ton of common opponents:
    Kelsey Arnold:
    Deontay Wilder W KO 1, 6/26/2009
    Andy Ruiz W KO 3, 2/11/2011

    Alvaro Morales:
    Wilder W TKO 3, 4/30/2010
    Ruiz W UD 6, 2/26/2011

    Matthew Greer:
    Wilder W TKO 2, 1/19/2013
    Ruiz W KO 1, 3/16/2013

    Siarhei Liakhovich:
    Wilder W KO 1, 8/19/2013
    Ruiz W UD 10, 12/20/2014

    Chris Arreola:
    Wilder W RTD 8, 7/16/2016
Ruiz W UD 12, 5/1/2021 (Ruiz dropped in round 2)

    Luis Ortiz:
    Wilder W TKO 10, 3/3/2018
    Wilder W KO 7, 11/23/2019
Ruiz W UD 12, 9/4/2022 (highly questionable decision even with 2 legit knockdowns and 1 bogus knockdown)

I’d enjoy it. I think Ruiz though had his day already (first Joshua fight) and is not really that into boxing, at least not the way Wilder is.

He’s a likable guy and a decent boxer, and he’s got a better chin than Helenius but not as good as Fury.

Wilder will probably win via TKO in the third round or so.

Yeah its a decent fight. Two American fighters with name value. Ruiz does have one thing going for him in that fight, his chin. But if hes going to be stationery and low volume again I cant see much chance of him winning, he will either get KO'd eventually or Wilder will win the decision by using his range and banking a 10-8 round or two.

Ruiz will be cautious like he was with Ortiz. He won't step in front of Wilder like Helenius. Helenius looked like an amateur because he just fought bums and Wilder knew that because he was one of his sparring partners. Ruiz was in with Joshua for 24 rounds and never got stopped. Ruiz is a different mold than most fighters. He has no sparring partner mentality. If Ruiz was an easy out Joshua would have done it himself. This fight is a pick'em.

Absolutely looking forward to this. It is the best HW fight in the US right now.

Yes, and it's a key fight for both of them. Ruiz jr needs to be in shape. If he is, he will win.

He is way better than any man Wilder beat as he is ring magazine ranked heavyweight and in his prime. Something Wilder has not beaten in years and no one as good as Ruiz jr, that's for sure.

              Great match up.

I'm looking forward to it but how long do we wait for it? It's a pickem fight either could ko the other. Early days but i d say ruiz by stoppage. Why not, ruiz hits harder than fury don't he?.
