Every fighter who has held a belt at some point thinks he's HOF worthy now. We already had the self-anointed hall of famer Thurman, now we have Mares.

Mares is like Broner and Mikey: multi-division champions who often cherrypicked the weakest champ in the division to claim a belt. The only one among them who deserves HOF consideration is Mikey, four-division champ and unified at 135. But on the flip side his best wins are Salido and Easter Jr.

This is what happens when you are over at PBC and have to listen to Keith Thurman, another delusional hall of fame inductee.

Seems modern day fighters are totally deluded.

This about the 6th average fighter who seems to think they will be inducted into the HOF.

Not sure what I'll remember him best for, the fight where he got away with 100 low blows or the years he spent ducking Rigo.

Seems like ever fighter thinks they are a hall of famer. But boxing has enabled this due to the fighters they have inducted.

True. And the IBHOF enables them to think this way by having inducted some average fighters in the past and recent history.
