    High reward, low risk, son

    Fury has every advantage.

Usyk is a better boxer overall, but the size difference is just too great

It's a chance to go down in history as the first ever undisputed heavyweight champion of the world in the four belt era. It's a chance to be the first undisputed heavyweight champion of the world in almost 25 years.

He's a 3-1 favorite to win and would likely make $50 million dollars or more.

Why wouldn't he want the fight?!?

I'd like to think he would do it because that's what boxers are supposed to do. You're supposed to fight guys who are considered contenders to your throne.

But, personally, I don't think the fight will happen. It's a big money fight but it's not yet a mega fight to casuals and I'm not sure they can promote it to that point. Usyk isn't great box office.

It’s called Legacy my friend. He wants a true challenge also. When was the last time, aside from Wilder, that someone has called out Tyson Fury? Otto Wallin doesn’t count either!

This. He's going to try to do what Chisora did or do the patented Klit jab and grab. The referee is essential here. If it's Bayless, then Fury is screwed. If it's Weeks, Usyk is screwed. But in a fair fight that doesn't allow excessive holding Usyk would win hands down. Since Fury will have the promotional backing however, I would favor Fury to get things in his favor.

yes. But its more using reach. Lets talk smart versus not so smart... Most guys today square up and fight off the front foot, AJ is no exception. But when you already have a significant reach advantage, when you fight off the back leg, you have now multiplied your reach advantage significantly. You give yourself another two feet or so. Get with a friend of yours and stand fifty fifty weight and touch his chest, now put your weight back 70%, put your body over the back leg... A stance is 3 feet... it is called "Sword length" to some. When you redistribute weight you give yourself anywhere from 1/3rd to a whole 3 feet of extra distance between you and opponent. You can see how this works with a friend. Fury with his reach and with the ability to have another 2 plus feet of reaction time to Usyk... well its a tremendous advantage to overcome for any fighter. Your friend has to come anextra few feet to hit you...

If you also understand angles and feints, etc... as Fury does... and unfortunately for Usyk, who relies on lateral movements... its a virtual impossability for Usyk to touch Fury.

How can Usyk ever get to Fury? Fury can feint and pick at such a great distance. I cannot see a way Usyk physically can do this... Like when you see a couple, the guy is 7 feet and thin, the girl is 4 feet and fat and they have a kid... You know how you might ask yourself "How!!?" I know that is a crude example and yeah there are positions lol... But that is where I am at looking at this fight.

I would honestly give AJ the nod in terms of speed and maybe even punching power/form. But boxing is so much more than throwing punches well. And Fury uses his jab so well in so many ways...

Usyk is just as big as Steve Cunningham, and Cunningham flattened Fury. So I'm not sure why it's so difficult to see Usyk get to Fury when other fighters, less talented than Usyk, were able to.

Fury has improved considerably since the Cunningham fight.
