Before the canelo match "canelo is a monster who's going to destroy bivol,ko Artur, and beat usyk". Now it's "beating canelo is no big deal. He was over hyped, was a natural 160 lb,didn't take bivol seriously, was on a vegan diet." Typical goalpost moving at nsb. Bring on zurdo. No crying when he hits air all night long.
Bivol really isn't that good to be frank

Not likely. Bivol beating Canelo didn’t have anything to do with overconfidence. Bivol won and won easily because of his high boxing IQ, awesome defense and amazing ability to control distance. The two best tools to overcome that are reach and quick feet. Canelo has neither and they aren’t things that can be trained into him. Bad style match up for Canelo. I doubt Canelo ever fights him again and certainly won’t beat Bivol.Comment

Good post and very accurate concerning Canelo except he gets a bill of health to beat the breaks off that heel GGGimmick. Before the canelo match "canelo is a monster who's going to destroy bivol,ko Artur, and beat usyk". You got it.
Look, I know you're going for 400 level trollmeister with his one, keep working the fundamentals and you'll get there eventually Redge. I believe in you.
That's not me though, that's never been me, literally ask anybody. If you were around more you would know this. Now that I have a second to think about it, why would you think I was ever a Cleneloterol fan? Just seems like such a basic play to accuse the OP of something like this. Before the canelo match "canelo is a monster who's going to destroy bivol,ko Artur, and beat usyk". Being the second best at 175 is mediocre????????????I've been watching Bivol since day 1 and yea he's good, but I think a lot of people are elevating him to a place he doesn't belong after beating Cleneloterol.
He's really a basic albeit sharp 1-2 fighter that's really in shape and can mix it up. He's not dynamic at all. Once he steps into the big fights with A- and A+ level fighters, I think a lot of people are going to abandon ship on this guy.Comment

I didn't quote you specifically,so my bad if you thought that it was geared towards you. It's just a general observation that I made after seeing people pre and post bivol fight. I do lurk on the site, but I just don't post that often. Your sig of canelo hiding under the bed always cracks me up,so keep up the good posting, and don't worry,I know that that you're not a fan of the ginger.

He beats everybody below cruiserweight . Only Beterbiev has a chance, it is 50 -50 fight.
So I guess he is pretty good.Last edited by JakeTheBoxer; 08-25-2022, 06:57 AM.Comment

I've pretty much always felt Beterbiev and Bivol have been 1 & 2 for the past few years at 175. Bivol actually has a really good offense when he decides to turn it up.
Bivol I sort of a really unorthodox fundamental fighter. His footwork is a little awkward and the way he throws his straights and hooks is a little awkward. Not overly unorthodox but enough to where it throes people off.Comment
