Deontay Wilder is a prime player once again in the heavyweight picture. Wilder (42-2-1, 41 KOs) will return to the ring following back-to-back losses to Tyson Fury to take on former sparring partner Robert Helenius at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Oct. 15 to headline a FOX pay-per-view.

The hate Wilder receives proves he still has more plates to eat lol. Welcome back Bomb Squad & I fully agree with both picks.

Ortiz/Ruiz is an interesting fight especially since both have obvious skills as well as flaws. Both overcame KDs in their last fights to win but we don't really know which versions of each will enter the ring come fight night.

For me, I expect Ruiz has more left than Ortiz and I think Andy will catch him with a quick counter during an exchange that hurts King Kong. Andy will do a better job of finishing off Ortiz than Martin and in the process earn the stoppage during early mid rounds (4-6).

Had 3 chances to baptize Fury. 0-3-2kos in the process. I'm not following his betting lines.

                2022 Fights and TBRB rankings:
                Fury (was 1) v Whyte (7, was 3)
                Usyk (1) v Joshua (2)
                Ortiz (8) v Ruiz (4)
                Parker (5) v Joyce (6)
                and
                Wilder (3) v Helenius

I'd say he's on the comeback trail rather than being a prime player once again.

The guys above are making fights against fellow top fighters. Deontay is just showing he's still in the game.
