    1) Andrade has had the same exact issues with every promoter he's done business with. At some point you have to look at the fighter if they never seem to get fights under various promotions (see Regis Prograis as another example). One could criticize PBC for the fact that Benavidez and Plant fought each other. These issues aren't unique to Hearn.

2)) I watch DAZN on my TV as an app. The only time I watch it on my laptop is when I am traveling. That is also how I watch my ESPN and my my ProBox boxing content...via apps on my TV.

    3) I'm not sure if the "STFU" is directed at me but I hope not. I haven't been rude to you, I just disagree.

    4) I don't think Haney has ever said anything negatively about Hearn. He was a free agent and continued to work with him on a fight by fight basis and left for Top Rank to get the belts.

I'm not a Hearn fan and I don't prefer DAZN over others. All of the promoters have made good fights and all have made bad fights. The various content providers all have positives and negatives. I just don't understand when people reserve all their criticism for one while turning a blind eye to the same BS from others.
Solid post and the “stfu”was not directed at you or specific person in general. You make good points and I respect what u said. I think it’s obvious tho that andrade vs ggg unification should have been made. Benevidez has been suspended and him and Caleb plant will fight. Him charlo and plant will all 3 tangle. GGG has never fought a live body besides canelo his whole career.
matchroom is nothing without DAZN. They give young Edward the money to fund these Ponzi schemes lol. Pinkeye and his band of merry followers slurp it up like manjuice

As for overpaying fighters, I will never say that a fighter is overpaid. PBC was criticized for this (overpaying fighters for inferior matchups) early on and Triller was as well when they outbid for Teo's fight with Kambosos (which they defaulted on) and even for Michael Hunter (how much to fight "White Delight" Wilson and Jerry Forrest?). A fighter should get what they can get but they should also have realistic expectations when the demand doesn't support their perceived value.

I don't see Hearn as any better or any worse than any other promoter. Just different varieties of slimeball. I don't think DAZN, Hearn or GBP are any more of an impediment to fights getting made than any other promoter or content provider. Remember when Bob allowed Gamboa and JuanMa to "marinate"?

What prevents fights getting made is greed and pride. All of the promoters have that in spades.
You shouldn't be confused though. I told you my problems on this site. This is just another example.

You've been here long enough to see the propaganda and extremism for what it is.

What fights has Hearn stood in the way of making? When has he had his offer to make the fight blown up in his face and exposed for lying? That's the question. But the extremists want a narrative and you've fallen for it. But how and why?

You have to stream it to your TV. Yes. Like Netflix and Apple TV and Amazon Video and Disney+ and ESPN+ and CBS Access and every other streaming service. I think in the year 2022 it's not too much of a hurdle to cast from a device to a TV.

Whether someone watches a streaming service is mostly to do with the quality of the content. If the content is good enough, people will pay for it and most people will not have a problem getting it from their phone or tablet to their TV.

Now, I do not comment on how compelling DAZN's content is. That's a separate discussion.
I don't know what kind of TVs you guys have, but I have DAZN on mine

All you have to do is go to Google store and install it

No need to cast or anything you watch the fights straight on the app on your TV

So which does he want. One things for sure, he doesn't want anything else other than those two. And given only one is now available, and it's not through his choice, what fight is he now to go for? Kind of a no brainer. This isn't about deflection. It's about trying to make the undisputed championship of the World. The first in the 4 belt era. Not a franchise title in sight (yet lol ). And what of Beterbiev without Bivol? Does he have a comparable massive payday, mega fight of the Canelo magnitude? No. He has Anthony Yarde. Let me repeat that. Anthony Yarde. Does the term no brainer confuse them? Arum needs to get the finger out and negotiate pronto. This is a must see. And to not try is criminal. If he's so against it being on Dazn, he needs to get the chequebook out. Hell, he hasn't many rainy days left. Live a little Bob and make a barnburner.
I’d love to see the fight on ESPN, that way the American sports fan can see it too. However sir that doesn’t negate that this was a brilliant use of deflection and par the course for young Edward who really knows how to spin and manipulate so that the fan forgets and takes up his stance. Bivol is out of a fight because Canelo went a different direction at the behest of the promoter that apparently owns him at least for now

Hearn is right. If a promoter is willing to bid more then he should be the one who gets to put this fight on.

If you think about it, these exclusive network deals are an anti-competitive practice that limits how much money a boxer can make. If the promoter feels he has to tie himself to a particular platform that's fine, but the fighters should never be restricted from fighting elsewhere in the event that there is a higher offer.

Either match the offer or let him go get paid for that one event.

The Muhammad Ali Act should be amended to include a clause like this.

Bivol will fight Zurdo next. WBA and Deadzone will order it.

Bivol hasn't got any choice. If Canelo had opted to fight him, he'd have had to wether he wants it or not. And like I said, there is only, one other option. There's no spin or trickery here. It's Beterbiev, because that's thee fight for him to make. On the Beterbiev side, there simply isn't anything other than Bivol. Once again, I repeat. Anthony Yarde? Come on now. ESPN, Dazn, I don't mind. Let's just get it.
