    The reason is simple. Top rank controls the division with the belts. Bob isn't risking that to another network.

    If bivol signed with top rank. That fight would get made immediately.

    We just seen the blueprint. Bob wouldn't entertain Haney vs nobody at top rank while he was on dazn. As soon as haney signed with top rank. All those fights are there now.

    Bob prefers in house. this is old news.
