maybe he could’ve beat some of those guys two years ago but he’s taken 2 absolute beatings from the best in the world. There is a big chance he won’t be the same anymore and he’s not exactly a young heavyweight now either. There's lots of fights out there to show how good or bad you are. Can many beat you or is it just Tyson?
Many feel anyone in top 10 beats wilder so maybe wilder still has a bit to prove?
Josh, usyk, Joyce,DDD,flip. Ruiz, Parker beat wilder and that's just off top of my head. Maybe wilder needs to prove people wrong. But it's up to him he's one taking punches
The problem Wilder has now is if those beatings make him gun shy and he can’t pull the trigger the same way, which often happens, what has he got really?Comment

I think it’s odd that Ruiz is coming back but not against Wilder. Ruiz doesn’t have a future, he’s the Buster Douglas of this era. Luis Ortiz will beat him and Ortiz isn’t exactly a marketable guy.
Wilder isn’t doing a camp for a small time fight - I don’t know if they could get him up for Helenius, especially considering the two of them appear to be friends at this point.Comment

If only Deontay Wilder was a British based fighter. Then the heavyweight boxing landscape would resemble the 1960s and 1970s. All the best heavyweights fight in the U.K. America doesn’t have any good heavyweights. There would be good matchup after good matchup.Last edited by champion4ever; 06-27-2022, 07:09 AM.Comment

Red - He is both. He's more relevant than D-Bag Whyte though I mean they both lost to the same guy except Dillian flopped and Wilder at least tried. I'm not sure if you know this but Dillian Whyte has never been a world champion and he never will be he's also not British he's Jamaican.Comment
