He's a Jamaican with British citizenship just like plenty of Mexicans have American citizenship. Doesn't make them less Mexican and more American just like it doesn't make Dillian less Jamaican and more British. He doesn't talk like a Brit and he doesn't even currently live in the United Kingdom just got easy access to citizenship due to his nation once being enslaved by the UK as well.

Wilder can raise his rating up in my eyes if he beats a good opponent in his comeback, until then he's got work to do and when your last win was Brezeale 3 years ago that's not enough to stay in the top 3, MAYBE you can put him at 5, thats pushing it, he can move up to 3 with 1 good win though.

The man was talking about who he has beaten and his last win being against someone he finds to be less than par (in his view). He then goes onto say he rates top 5 if he fights someone noteworthy. Given that criteria I stand by what I said, Bud wouldn’t be in the top 10 under that exact criteria.

Purple - Y'all are descended from Spanish folks so that aint a big deal but once you are a citizen, you are equal to any other citizen.

But back to your issue. Dillian is British. That can never be taken from him now. His children are British now too. So from now on most of his line will be British and only be familiar with Britain. Dillian doesn't rep Jamaica in anyway or does business in Jamaica. That's a British dude now.

Even though Roy is Russian, he doesn't live there. His kids weren't born there or make their home there. None of Roy's line will mix and mingle and make Russia their home. Roy probably doesn't pay any taxes over there.

Shawn Porter is more noteworthy in his own weight class then anyone who Wilders fought though . Literally no one Wilder ever defeated has truly key wins of their own that are even talked about ,look at anyone Wilders ever fought and see what their best win is .

It’s not just who anyones beaten it’s how long ago did they win I think you guys love to ignore this point. You can’t compare a Crawford to Wilder just based of that fact , Placing Wilder a top 3 now is not realistic if his last win was in 2019 with better fighters currently ranked higher but you guys know this .
