The same planet that has canelo p4p number 1 after being dominated.

The same planet where the guy who gets ducked gets blamed for his resume.

The same planet where you can be undisputed and not be on the p4p list.

Just hang them up D if you take another big right hook to the head then you might end up with permanent damage , if you don't already.

Longer it takes for him to decide, the more likely he's going to stay retired IMO. He's on the wrong side of his 30s and hasn't been able to find the desire to fight again in neatly 9 months since his last fight.

I find the old adage about fighters who "talk about retirement should probably do so" to be a near universal truth.

The large number of comments here a proof people like him and want him back in ring

Deontay needs to comeback. He needs to right those wrongs. Let's turn this setback into a successful comeback. The people who are saying that he is too old; Remember that Bernard Hopkins won titles well into his late 40s. He won his last title at 48 years old to be exact. 36 years old is just a baby compared to him; Especially at heavyweight because Wilder is still a huge puncher whereas B-Hops couldn't punch at all.

Some fighters have a glass jaw, Deontay has developed glass hands. Every fight, he breaks that hand again, usually while dropping his opponent. Sometimes the guy gets back up, and that's when he's in trouble.

He's done too much to mention. One incident that was uncalled for was the way he got in radio raheems face. There was no need for that. De****able.

Well I believe Canelo has been dropped to about 6 or 7 now. But I agree with your points here. The problem right now is that there are more undisputed champs, and then unified champs, than there have been in a long time. So it's impossible to fit them all in. There's some real quality out there. It's a good time for boxing. And if everyone worked together, it could be even better.

I just want to know how good he is. It's the business end now. Nobody asking him to fight another 10 years. But there's lots of fights out there now that will let us know who deontay really is, he's mysterious still. I just want to get to know deontay a bit more.
