Andy Cruz is a more talented fighter than Robeisy Ramirez. More disciplined, stronger, faster, more agile and more skillful. I like Robeisy a lot when he is on he can beat the best of the best including fighters like Shakur and Lazaro Alvarez. However, I have also seen him lose to guys that shouldn't have been in the ring with him. So the story on Robeisy is that when he is on he can beat anybody but when he is off he can lose to anyone too.

    Andy Cruz is always on

Cruz can really **** and fight in the pocket like crazy but remember the cuban trainers are outlining the best strategy for him to win. Robeisy's best strategy even as an amateur was to go forward. Robeisy in a way is slightly less dimensional than Andy Cruz.

I have seen over 30 Cruz fights and he's an animal when he wants to be and when he's allowed. He really likes toe to toe action and you can see it in his national championship fights. However, once he is on the international scene then he follows the instruction of his coaches to a T.

Let's also not forget that he moved up from 57kg and went directly to 64kg where he was the number 1 p4p fighter in the world in the AMS for a number of years.

Keyshawn Davis who I see soon as even money fight against Shakur, well Andy beat him 4 times in a row.

Andy Cruz is the best boxer to come out of Cuba bar none. Morrell is the 2nd best and the most accomplished of them all Robeisy is the 3rd on the list. This is my humble opinion after having them followed for the past 8 years

Cool, bro. You definitely have a better handle on the Cubans in general than I do. I haven’t seen Cruz fight nearly as much as you have. All the footage I’ve watched on him makes Andy appear to be a pure boxer that likes to merely score. If he has power and likes to fight in the pocket as you say, then I look forward to his pro career. He’s obviously very talented. Of that there’s no doubt.

To tell you the truth, I expected the fight to be harder, and Robeisy using his boxing defensive skills. Not a 4 round one punch ko. I do respect your opinion. Be safe

I’m not trying to put the guy down. I just see his pedigree and expected to see more intelligence. I know he can do this. I just was surprised he didn’t.
He might just be trying to please the fans but when he meets another elite fighter like Shakur. He can’t play to the crowd.

Pretty sure he won't. My educated guess is, Salas told him to go after him for whatever reason, it worked. Truth be told, he didn't get hit that much, with the pressure he put on, nova didn't know what to do. Apparently they were not prepared for that kind of strategy, he might have thought he was going to be the aggressor, chasing Robeisy all over the Ring. He did looked surprised when Ramirez went after him from the get go.

Reports are that he was sighted today in Las Vegas, on East Pilot Rd.
