How can you even act like Hopkins is as good as Mayweather? That's just ignorant

While I don't find his style particularly aesthetically pleasing, there's no doubt he is a legend and a bonafide ATG.

After, Hopkins will retire a 'Legend Emeritus' after KOing (a 160lb) Pac with a liver shot in 11 rounds.

Bfraud should retire allready Otherwise Jones/Dawson will school him like Zaghe did, i dont see any more people that Bfraud can bring up in weight and fight right now. Maybe he can be the first man to beat Valero or somethin?

Hopkins clearly has the better resume and has acheived more than floyd at this point, and the board actually agrees on this. Here are two threads that prove it:

Who has the better resume: Floyd or Hopkins:

              http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...ins+mayweather
^^^^74 votes for hopkins, 10 for mayweather

              http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...ins+mayweather
^^^^^26 votes for hopkins, 5 for mayweather

Now obviously mayweather can finish his career with a better resume, if he were to beat marquez, pacquiao and/or cotto/mosley, but as of now it's bhop

Maybe, but only as a middleweight. And that doesn't say a lot, since Toney and Jones moved up before he became dominant.

Hopkins' greatness is overrated. I admit the dude is an outstanding fighter but he's as big as big as a cherry picker as Floyd, if not worse.

Im going to have to go with overrated. Its hard to rate a guy who turned pro at light heavy, had about 20 fights at supermiddleweight being moving down to middleweight. If he moved up to supermiddle to fight Benn, Toney etc (guys more his own size) then I would give him more credit.

Your hate continues to blind you.
...and your obvious excuse making nuthuggery continues to blind YOU...you can tell he sweated down for years...he looked like a damn crackhead @ 160...the man admitted himself in ring magazine that he sweated down to middleweight for years...why the **** you ****** ass clowns continue to make excuses for him when he admits to sweating down to 160 to take advantage of the weak division is beyond me...geez what a f**king moron...
