I agree I think Joe gives him a real tough fight... but 2000 Roy Jones and 2009 Roy Jones? Not even worth discussing the differences.

Yeah they're different ends of the spectrum. I would have liked to see the Jones that fought Gonzalez and the Calzaghe that fought Byron Mitchell, around about that part of their careers. That would have been a much better fight.

No he does not! Joe's chin was too good and his defensive skills also. Not to mention the fact that Jones never smashed a really good lhw or smw. He beat a drained Toney. All the best opponents he beat on points, like McCallum, Reggie Johnson, Tarver.
