Jones was lucky Joe's hands are ****ed.
And Joe was lucky this was the version of Roy he was fighting.

ANYBODY in this thread, stating that Joe beats Roy in his prime, based off their fight last year, doesnt know **** about boxing.

Calzaghe really put a beatdown on Roy in this fight.

I would pick a prime Roy to beat a prime Calzaghe though.

Yeah they're different ends of the spectrum. I would have liked to see the Jones that fought Gonzalez and the Calzaghe that fought Byron Mitchell, around about that part of their careers. That would have been a much better fight.

              A DRAINED TONEY????

Super Middleweight Title (4th defense of Toney)
Weights: Toney 167 lbs, Jones 168 lbs

THE 4th Defense, so that means he was comfertable enough to stay at that weight for 4 defense's of Toney's Title.

Am a big fan of Roy, but he deserved a taste of his own medacine, and he got it off calzaghe big style!

Not to mention James JUST FOUGHT FOUR MONTHS prior to the Roy fight at 168... he made 168 only FOUR months previously.

Toney lost 44 POUNDS to make the weight! I thought it was a common known fact.
