I'm not a Hearn fan but it sounds like your take is bias. Would you rather the A-side just fight vs soft touches? Would you have rather Canelo take the easier route?
Bivol was the most dangerous of his potential opponents but that's who Canelo chose to fight. He lost, would his legacy been better off beating the lesser Charlo and a welterweight?
That said, I don't buy the P4P hype (for anyone). I've said many times I thought Pascal never enetered Canelo's talk for good reasons, and some others. Beterbiev wold be a terrible matchup. The Kovalev fight was su****ious on many levels. Still, not many could beat Kovalev in ANY condition ... so Canelo is his own kind of beast for sure.
There are many other beasts out here too though ....
Anyway, no real need for anxiety on your part is there?

You know something, though? He could still win a title at cruiserweight, albeit against a more limited opp. Usyk was a mad idea.Comment

And still the corrupt judges were on the rob trying their best to steal a dominant win from Bivol. Great night for boxing, finally someone who beats Canelo actually gets the win unlike others who have outclassed him. Great night of boxing in the usa, two weekends in a row of Reynoso fighters losing to more skilled boxers.Comment

Canelo needs to get back to boxing. He's been too reliant on his chin and his power lately- he became great by slipping punches and using head movement to do work on the inside. He fights more like Wilder now, just waiting for that one big punch. Problem is, he doesnt have the relative length to land that punch.Comment
