I hope Frank Warren's undercard doesn't put people to sleep before the main event. Nash will be tuning in around 1 hour before the fight, pint in hand and a plateful of uncastrated wild boar, cheering on his man, Tyson "Kronk" Fury, the Gypsy King. They missed a trick not getting John Fury vs Carl Frampton for the no weight limit world title as co-main event. Nash would have sealed that fight if he was booking the fights. Should have got Wilder out of hiding and on the card too. Fury could have paid him out of his charity fund. Nash out.Comment

Where have I denied that Fury is not the A side?
You're just typing a load of irrelevant points. Clearly got something to get off your chest.
Dude you're getting twisted for no reason. Take a deep breath and relax.
It takes two to tango. And this fight is huge because of BOTH. Despite Fury being the A side.
They wouldn't have even dared look at Wembley with Whyte or AJ.
Why is that when someone disagrees with people, they get triggered into hostile reactions?
What does that mean - “take a deep breath and relax”? Ok. I’ve done so.
You ignored my Mayweather analogy. He made way more than every opponent in his last 11 fights.
The same thing with Fury.
But just for argument’s sake - in your opinion, what should the split be?

You Brits have a gang of countries around you.
We only have 2 and Mexico doesn't count
We are 100 hours away and yet people can't get here fast enough.
You mugs have tea and stale biscuits
We have the best of everything
Even our stale shlt > your top shelf shlt.
Fury is ''a'' king of bums, with a bummy resume in a bummy era

But Do we really have the best of everything? Our education system is terrible, our politicians are the most corrupt, our health care system lags last (in the top 20 Western nations).
We love to brag about things that aren’t true and get offended when we get checked.
As for Fury, if he doesn’t retire and goes on to beat AJ, Usyk and the next top 5 HW, would you still call him a bum?

But they have Mayweather. So it is not a race thing and not a nationality thing. The US will support but Wilder just didn't have the following. Playing the race card probably put white Americans of supporting him. He could fill a venue in the UK.Comment

The WBC rules:————-

'The modification of the split of the remainder shall be limited to 60-40% and 55-45%, except in the most exceptional circumstances, in which the split may be modified to 50-50% at the WBC's sole discretion.'
That's the WBCs own rules.
The ticket sales alone, never mind the (two) biggest ever bid(s) for a purse, are enough to prove that 20%, which isn't even a possible option under WBC rules makes no sense. The fight, thanks to Fury AND Whyte is huge.
Btw I said take a breath, because you're typing totally irrelevant information and clearly feel very strongly about it. Just think sensibly for a second. Too much hate in the world.Last edited by M312; 04-16-2022, 04:08 PM.Comment

I think a all Heavyweight under-card would do well.
From top to bottom, all heavyweight fights. Even if they where not world ranked fighters, people would be interested.
I know this has been done before, on the Holyfield vs Tyson I Bill etc.

Had you posted the WBC rule, we wouldn’t have argued over the matter. That rule pretty much shuts me up.
My takeaway is that Fury’s team just pushed Whyte into a corner to accept a 80/20 split or else no fight.
Anyhow, you’ve been right all along. I truly didn’t know about the WBC rule so I apologize.
With that, it now explains why Floyd refused to pay sanctioning fees or even fight for belts. He decided how much his opponents made.Comment
