Sorry if you are offended on Haney's part but just calling it like it is.
Haney is the people's champion though. Have you ever heard of the saying in order to be the man you have to beat the man? Well I am still waiting on that and most boxing fans are too; Whether it's Kambosos or Loma. They have to defeat the mandatory challenger for that WBC strap and his name is Devin Haney. Damn what the Franchise title and Jose Sulaiman says!

There is another article saying after Lomachenko went back to Ukraine, couple of weeks later he tried to apply to the gov't to leave the country so he can prepare for his next boxing match and was turned down... this guy realized he maybe killed in battle and would suffer less damage in a squared circle

Respect to Kambosos for looking for the best fights available.

Lomachenko was the best guy out there and he tried to land him, but a war broke out.

So instead of fighting some bum he picks Haney.

Meanwhile Gervonta Davis is fighting bum ass Rolly Romero.

The pure irony of you saying this because both Loma Lopez and Kambosos were all handed a bogus Franchise title belt that they never beat the mandatory challenger for it. So no; You got it all wrong jonny.

Among most boxing purist that was an act of cowardice to accept a belt that you didn't defend against your next mandatory opponent. It's Kambosos who is walking around with meaningless belt not Devin Haney.

It's just like when Rid**** Bowe trashed his WBC heavyweight title belt in a trash can in order to duck his mandatory challenger at the time.who was none other than Lennox Lewis.

The actual meaningless title is the franchise belt and the wbc have no one to blame but themselves for this nonsense. The belt that haney has is the same one fighters have held for decades. It's not Haneys fault the wbc created some lame ass fake belt. He became mandatory, wanted to fight Loma and Loma asked for the franchise belt and the wbc obliged. Spin it however you want but there is no undisputed without the real WBC title.

Aĺl the respect in the world, goes out to Loma. A truly selfless act. He is foregoing what is most likely his biggest payday, and the chance to capture most of the belts. Impressive. I am not sure most of us would do the same in that situation myself included.

What you said about Rid**** Bowe is a lie. I'm sure that if you look, you'll find that the real facts are quite different. I have seen them and exchanged emails about them. First of all it was a publicity stunt and Bowe took the belt back after the cameras had left. The real reason was to do with his manager who had been shown to beb not trustworthy. So although the fight was offered to Lewis several times with increasing amounts they always turned it down, citing their distrust of Newman

Bowe would have fought King Kong, was afraid of No one in the qworld. Was badly handled and had no siacipline. Even so, he beat Holyfield who was at his best, twice, the second time badly out of shape, but not as badly as when Holyfield managed to sc**** a split decision against him. He came into the rihg that nigh over 275 lbs. His best weight and his greatest fights were when he was about 235-40.

Unlike any other large fighter, he was a master infighter. I didn't know Bowe, never followe3d him but he deserves credit not accusations of ducking anyone especially Lewis . When the fight was actually arranged, Lewis messed it up by losing to Oliver McCall

Do you Recall that fight by the way, Bowe would neve rlose to anyone like McCall.

I am not going to give kambosos and his team any credit. He lied that he wanted haney, and he even mentioned before that it doesn't make sense to fight loma who lost to the guy he beat (teofimo). Now we have learned that his team wanted the loma fight all along and even tried to get convince loma's team to get him out of the conflict in ukraine, which was quite low of them as you can't just leave a defence battalion that you just signed up for as an able-bodied man. It sounds weird and wrong to do that. He also lied that haney was jerking him around when the offer was made, which was not true. Haney always wanted it.
