    - - Ah so, Hammysan, Manny been fighting 119-122 for 4 yrs worth of International titles with a sole 126 nontitle bout mixed in.

Barrera Ring P4P over both Manny and l'l Floydy holding the Ring 126 title eminently qualifies.

Oscar derided today, yet had enough to MELT the BS TBE TUE into a near half hour of a tearful public breakdown in the arms of Ellerbee retirement in advance of his most lucrative purse ever, ie forfeiting his 147 titles with purse.

Without Manny moving up to fill the huge promotion where Oscar had been in year long training and was the HUGE favorite, the promotion would've failed. In short, the promotion was much bigger than the piffle of TUE tear stained belts.

Yo, Dansky, seems like U too small to understand GREAT MOMENTS in boxing history.

      Irrelevant isn't it.

It wasn't his first fight at 126 so it doesn't meet TS criteria.

Oscar wasn't in his prime so it doesn't meet TS criteria.

Gtfoh. Why these Floyd boys always trying to give Floyd credit for beating shopworn fighters.

He could have jumped up to mw and took a crack at GGG for that dubious distinction but he was scared

But the fight was at Middleweight, as was his fight with Geraldo. They were both Middleweight fights.

absolute bollocks .......leonard had never boxed a middle weight fight up untill hagler and every body knows this........admit it you were wrong simple as that

I'm not sure where you're lost here mate.

Leonard vs Marcotte and Leonard vs Geraldo were fought at a 160 limit thus were Middleweight bouts.

Meaning his fight with Marvin Hagler wasn't his first bout at Middleweight.

I think what you're looking for is someone who gamed the system, specifically the WBO rules that states a champion that moves up can automatically challenge the WBO champion of that new division.

That's an easy one. The great Golovkin when he moves up to 168 and fights Canelo.
