Somebody missed the last Forbes sport stars list. Wasn’t fury ahead of AJ? With all those endorsements Joshua has aswell. Fury still made more.

12 interviews on Fury in 9 days shows us Joshua isn’t making the money for Eddie anymore. Tables have turned bridges burnt and lessons learnt.

I think two fights, Usyk v Joshua and Joyce v Dubois may have been a good indicator that a lot of the fighters hyped up to the British public, really aren't what they seem. I run into a lot more Brits who have become super sceptical of many British heavyweight contenders. Fury maybe an awkward potato but he's proven himself, one more fight against a solid international name like Hrgovic/Ajagba/Ortiz (though old) will only further cement his legitimacy among American audiences. I also don't think Fury would have benefited at all from Hearn's management, it actually would have sent him backwards. Fury getting in with Wilder fresh off his hiatus was a great move on his part and Hearn, if he was his promoter, would have done everything in his power to ensure that didnt happen. Eddie has a likeable persona and the backing of Sky Sports, however he no longer has the latter and now only really benefits from the small audience of idiots on Youtube who listen to his tripe. He hasn't been involved in any major fights for the last six months outside of the bones thrown to him by Canelo. He's actually looking more and more complete out of his depth, this comment proves it.
Sky sports mate? You must mean DAZN. He hasn’t been with sky for a long while now. However, I agree with a lot of what you said. Eddie has taken the Mayweather blueprint of low risk high reward to a whole new level!

Like he says Benn is after the bigger names and he’s fighting a guy who’s fought for 70% of ONE ROUND in almost 3 years.

it’s what he did with AJ.

Chisora has had a handful of fight of the year candidates at least 4 times in the last few years . He certainly wasn’t a punching bag in the first Parker fight,he was arguably robbed .which is why Parker had to do it over for himself .

Warren and Arum aren’t exactly the go to guys for putting their fighters out there and or making you want to follow them ,like watching paint dry next to Hearn . Funny posters going on about Hearn ,what do the other guys do exactly better then how Hearn promotes his shows and fighters ?

Hearn knows they don’t really compare and so do you guys that’s why you are all wound up .

Fury and Hearn would have made for a great duo both witty and would compliment each other it wouldn’t be just listening to Tyson be a one man band when asked questions . The forum would be oftley boring though , all these Fury fanatics would be praising Hearn .

He wasn’t supposed to win ,had two close Whyte fights and sparked out Takam in a very entertaining fight . Add the 2 Parker fights and anyone new to boxing those fights reel them in .

Hearn had done a great job with the Olympic gold medalists given his poor stamina and suspect chin .The matchmaking for earning was fantastic until of course Ruiz
virtually picked himself due to the massive drug abuse again by his agreed opponent.
Fury is riding high as the best heavyweight in the world while Joshua looks done and Joshua will not be earning any where near in the future fighting the binmen you suggest, while Fury will continue naming his price as he has in the biggest purse bid in history, which Hearn failed to do. It’s easy for Hearn to sit talking rubbish but my money is firmly on Tyson to be along with Canelo the cash cow of the future.

He may be bigger with a certain demographic of people. But if Tyson Fury was being promoted by Eddie Hearn 'Fury would not of been allowed to act and say all the things he has in his career'.

Some of those things have got Fury into trouble, but they have been his truth. Tyson Fury's fan base are his fans because, he is a extension of themselves. They see traits of themselves within Tyson Fury.

Anthony Joshua is somebody who the public look up to, his traits and attributes are alien to them. It is a different kind of rapport and appreciation his fans have compared to Fury fans etc.

Fury is easily the biggest name in HW boxing now.

AJ is lucky that ***** just saved his career, but he'll get KO'd again soon enough.

Eddie Hearn really wishes Fury was his fighter.

AJ was marketable to casual fans in the UK but that’s been dwindling for a couple of years and fans now know Fury is the real top level fighter that goes abroad and best champs. First time they took AJ out of him comfort zone to USA, he got splattered.

Eddie knows it deep down that Fury is the man but he can milk AJ a few more times.
Great post mate. Very level headed and objective view. Nothing but truth in the statement you’ve made.
