i would say canelo, started off his career well and fought good opposition but now all he does is fight old fighters or jump up and down in weight fighting the most vulnerable champions, also a proven drugs cheat.

          - ¨FotD¨ Broner

          - Gary Russell Jr

          - Joshua

          - Chavez Jr

          - Abner Mares

          - Yuriorkis Gamboa

          - Verdejo

          - Rigondeaux
The only disappointing thing about Rigondeaux is that nobody would fight him.

            Hrgovic (14-0)
            Yoka (11-0)
            Joyce (13-0)
            Kabayel (21-0)

Not really disappointed by the boxers rather the powers that be. Between them they have a combined perfect record of 59-0 and yet none of them gets a chance at the top dogs, avoided like the plague.

And with the exception of Kabayel the other 3 have impressive amateur records with olympic pedigree on top of their pro records. Kabayel on the other hand is one of those rumored to have KO'd Joshua in sparring.

However, what HW has a higher KO to Fight % ?
Fury gets by on size and this being the 2nd worst HW era ever. No one else will beat Wilder if he continues fighting.

Andrade is the answer IMO. Tremendous talent but has failed to step up since beating Vanes in 2013. It’s been a complete waste of a once promising career.

Gary Russell Jr deserves an honourable mention too. Great talent but far too inactive and it’s recently cost him.
                  Hard disagree

A fighter who is favored to win and doesn't has underachieved.

                    The Ruiz fight?

I expected Usyk to beat him.

                      - - I figured it was U beating him all along, so thanks for the clarification.
