It's not about who's got the most money. What sort of business would carry on like that?
It's about what the fight is worth to each party. Matchroom's part in this was to convince Warren that they would put in a big bid (which they did).
Warren is paying Whyte 8M. I'd say that's a good outcome.
Agreed, he put in a bid which he valued the fight at - however I do think he postured in the press to make Warren think he had to go in huge , which he did.
I think Warren has a decent chance to break even, they are going to have to push the hell out of it on BT. Has to be pushing 1.5m buys

Assuming they are actually paying Fury the balance. They may not be.
Very unlikely for Queensbury not to win the purse with 80% on their side. The only way Queensbury could've lost the purse is if Fury refused to agree a deal with them. Once he started posting online he wanted the Whyte fight, it was obvious a deal was met.
They may have bid $41m, but they aren't actually paying that much. It's $8m + whatever Fury has agreed to.
Matchroom on the other hand, would've had to actually pay $40m+ for the fight as they didn't have much room to negotiate with Dillian.
