American fighters are just as money hungry. But their boring audience isn't full of weak minded beta males who lap up any horse**** thats sold. An American/US based fighter can chase money fights over legacy and never be respected for it. Hell, people give Mayweather **** for not fighting Manny Pacquio sooner. People still give Canelo **** for not fighting Charlo/Beterviev/GGG a third time. It's not the fighters, it's the ****ing audience. And too many British fighters are allowed to coast and then end up getting embarrassed during step ups. We've seen this happen time and time again. Are u legit denying this?
Let's not pretend for a second that if Wilder/Spence/Lopez had lost a fight, had a mandatory rematch clause, dragged their feet and accused a rival of "ducking" because he didn't offer a step aside fee that we wouldn't be tearing them to pieces.Last edited by KingGilgamesh; 01-27-2022, 01:46 PM.Comment

I'm a Brit too but I've had enough of the compulsive lying from Fury especially and how too many fans get duped by it. Beating Wilder twice is not going to see him go down as a great as Wilder can't box to save his life. It would be interesting to see fury fight someone, anyone, that's not on the level of Pianata, Safari or Wallin. Stop taking the piss out of the fans .
This is my standing. And I'm British. I've always disliked British fighters because of their tendency to bull**** their own audience and the propensity of weak willed and insecure British fans to eat it up. Its a shame Wilder was so fundamentally awful because I feel he actually tried to make some of his fights happen. Hell, he went out court to fight Fury the third time. Usyk also seems pretty keen. Neither Fury or Joshua have struck me as types to not involve some premadonna bull**** when negotiating any major fight. Who other than Taylor has shown any propensity to shut up and take good fights? Soooo many build a name on fighting bums and expecting a nation to get behind them.Comment

You and TF are the epitome of integrity, right? You must be a delusional TF's azz l!cker. TF is a guy who can change his statements seconds later. And you clearly lack comprehension. How is it a contradiction what Hearn said about the negotiations they have had? Hearn just confirmed what AJ said, there was never a concrete offer presented to AJ because FT is confused about what wants or actually he is trying to hide what he really wants, an easy fight, not Whyte nor Usyk. AJ didn't deny the step aside story, he stated that he hasn't seen any contract which is the truth.
It doesn't matter what the **** he's seen, he's clearly talking bullocks and his promoter is clearly contradicting him. You have to an absolute weasel ***** to defend Joshua or Hearn. Pretty much shows me you don't have a lick of honesty or integrity. I've always found Fury to be an irritating, bipolar twat but I believe there is more chance of him showing up to the ring come March to May. You know, seeing as he actually looks to be training and the purse bid is TOMORROW. Joshua hasn't even found a trainer and yet wants us to believe he's taking a Usyk fight seriously and not clearly shopping a set aside fee.Last edited by Boxviewer; 01-27-2022, 02:20 PM.Comment

I'm a Brit and naturally support British fighters.
I was a Fury fan until it became clear he was more smoke and mirrors than boxer. Clearly he can fight but I can't respect his antics.
I like Whyte, but it's hard to look past the fact that he's a mandatory and still can't get a fight made.
I've always respected Joshua. Truly believed he was the one guy trying to make undisputed. But if it's true that he's looking at step aside money then he falls in my estimation. I can understand what they might be trying to achieve - but there are three belts directly in front of you. What's to talk about?
Then there's Usyk who seemingly will fight whoever eventually emerges from this rubbish. The only one who can still claim to be a fighter.
From my view, Undisputed won't happen. Whose interest is it in? If it's not in everybody's then it won't happen.
So stop faffing and make the fights. One is contracted, the other is mandated. Making two big fights doesn't get much easier than that.Comment
