Fighters fight...even Ali got his jaw broken by a lesser fighter but he fought on. If glory is what they want, its pretty simple...take the opportunity away from Joshua by force.

AJ would have a better chance with a freshly thrashed fighter, that's for sure. Nothing like a pro beating to slow a guy down.

Despite loud mouth fury perpetually whining about being a real fighting man, it looks to me like AJ is the real fighter here. He is saying eff the money and just give me my rematch. If this was fury he would have accepetd the saudi's dirty dollars and ate it, snorted it and spent the last few pennys on buying caravans for his extended brood.

Joshua betting on himself and I have to respect that. Joshua, if he wins the rematch, is back to being a money making machine.

Step aside money only makes sense if he’s pretty sure he’s going to lose.

Sounds like Joshua is doing what he always does. Takes the fight because it's what he wants to do.

Fury doing what he always does. Anything except the thing he has been told to do.

In the meantime Usyk will do whatever everyone else decides and Whyte will do only what he's allowed to do.

If you need reminding of the pecking order right now, it's there.

Joshua got his ass whooped… twice. And yes Ali fought on wi Rj a broken jaw. Aj quit against Ruiz and stopped fighting in the championship rounds vs Usyk. He should fall to the back of the line. Ironically the only reason he’s in the way is because he was more businessman than fighter and put in a lame rematch clause.

Fury is a con artist . He wants to cash out with Usyk after he wins that one without fighting Joshua or Whyte . Businessman Fury said he was a Spartan but everyone knows it’s a lie he’s a money man worried about others money .

It’s obvious two things happened here 1. Whyte was not stepping aside for any money. 2. There were not enough reassurance that AJ would be guaranteed a shot at Fury. There are two gambles Hearn is making. Whyte can beat Fury and AJ can beat Usyk, you wouldn’t bet on either of those outcomes if you were keen on keeping your money.
