Pacquiao - fought him 5/6 years too late, after being brutally KO'd by Marquez
Cotto - Had already been KO'd by Margarito and Pac. Both beat him in more impressive manner.
Canelo - Young, green
Corrales - Corrales was going to go to jail, had that looming over his head before the fight.
Hatton - Fought Hatton at 147 where he wasn't any good, Pac beat Hatton more impressively
De La Hoya - DLH was robbed, Gayweather didn't want the rematch
Marquez - Paid off Marquez to so Gayweather could have a weight advantage
Judah - LMAO, Judah had literally just lost to Baldomir before he fought Fraud
Hernandez - Hernandez was at the end of his career, not in his prime anymore.

People act like ATG fighters come every other year lol. Better question would be how many ATG fighters in their prime were available and viable to fight at or near his weight class? But this is trolling so I'm not expecting genuine conversation to come from this.

How can someone that's 22 have as much ring experience as a 36 year old? You adding in Gayweather's amateur experience as well? Canelo never had an amateur career, or at least one as extensive as Gayweather's. Gayweather had 92 amateur fights (some being international competing in the Olympics and medaling) and 44 pro fights to Canelo's very limited "amateur fights", before turning 15 years old. Canelo, who turned pro at 15, his first 22-25 pro fights are basically his amateur experience. All of them being in Mexico I might add.

Canelo by the age of 22 was fighting Austin Trout and Gayweather.

Gayweather at the age of 22 was fighting Carlos Rios (who?) and Justin Juuko. No way would Gayweather have fought 1999 versions of Tszyu, Whitaker, Mosley, De la Hoya or Trinidad. He didn't even wan to fight Paul Spadafora at the time, after Spadafora worked him in that sparring session.

Listen, we've had this conversation before sir. It's a fact that Canelo and Mayweather had approximately the same amount of professional boxing experience. Floyd had 44 prizefights to Canelo's 43 prizefights.going into their bout.

It just so happens that Canelo developed a lot faster than Mayweather as an amateur fighter. By the age of 15 years old Alvarez had already begun beating up grown ass men as a professional prizefighter. While Money May was still yet developing and honing his skills as an amateur fighter at that age. Therefore, Canelo had the advantage when they fought.

Hence, he should have kicked Floyd Money Mayweather's 36 year old ass while he was the much younger and fresher fighter of the two. Lastly, by 1999; Mayweather was still a Super featherweight at a 130 lbs at the time. So how in the hell was he supposed to fight De La Hoya, Tszyu, Whitaker and Trinidad who were all welterweights then; By jumping up three weight divisions?

He had just recently won his first World title in a little less than a year prior to that time in October of 1998

Corrales and Hatton were prime, undefeated fighters. Hatton was shaky at welterweight but we give Floyd full credit. Hatton, nor Corrales, are all time great fighters.
