The WBC are well within their right to amend the split.

Whyte can take his 20% or he can get off the pot. It’s that simple.

People are only crying about it because of the fighters involved, and it’s essentially just AJ, Whyte or Matchroom fans who have a problem with it.

The Herring-Stevenson split was far, far, far more egregious- yet people didn’t have the same energy for that.

80/20 is actually pretty fair IMO, 20% will be a big pay day for Whyte, but he clearly doesn’t want the fight, just like he didn’t want the AJ rematch or two different eliminators.
Was it egregious? It was based on their recent splits and was based on the terms that they both signed up for with the WBO.

So how is that more egregious than being based on splits and not in accordance with the WBC's regs?

It really doesn't matter what anyone thinks is a fair split. It's like claiming a draw would be fairer overall when one bloke lost more rounds. The rules are the rules. The fighters sign up to fight within the rules.

Herring was the f***ing champion! C’mon man, it’s not even debatable.

Whyte hasn’t even fought for a European title never mind a World title.

Stevenson had just got 400k vs Nakathila whilst Herring had just got 600k vs Frampton.

Whyte’s highest purse is 4m per reports whilst Fury’s is 15-20m depending on what source you believe.

Herring was far, far, far more deserving of a higher split than Whyte is and unlike Whyte he didn’t b****, moan and cry about it too. This is also the second multimillion pound world title fight Whyte has rejected- it’s laughable how people still defend this fraud.

That’s because he wouldn’t have handed Fury his first loss . When he knocks him out you’ll think twice about what if’s when boxers retire before they don’t run down the guys they chase for fights Fury knows he isn’t going to have an easy fight this time .

He couldn’t whip Joshua and he isn’t near as good as Fury not to mention he got sparked by Povetkin a little old man. So I think he’s good just not great.

Whytes improved more then Joshua since then . Fury is not even going to take the fight I bet he somehow avoids it he doesn’t like guys going forward and as Bruno said if Whyte lands it’s lights out .you can’t tell me he’s not going to land on him .

All that is a matter of opinion. I don’t see it like u do.
If any heavyweight lands its lights out. Except Fury. Whyte comes across as entitled for some reason. It’s annoying.

Whyte should appeal if he wants to.

Fury should appeal if he wants to.

But once the final decision is made, whoever refuses to abide by it should lose massive respect from all of us.

On the other side of the coin, if a job doesn’t pay what I want and I don’t think it will lead to big money jobs in the future, I’ll pass. That’s essentially what team Whyte is doing. They don’t believe Whyte will win. That’s obvious.
Want is different. If there's were rules in place to say all employees should get at least X, but we're going to give you less, just because, well we have another rule that says none of our rules actually matter and we just don't want to pay you what everyone else gets - you would surely stand up for yourself and say you want X. You have to. You shouldn't just walk away, fighting for your rights is a human right.

Oh no... You know the old saying - 'silence is compliance'.

If you don't support the WBC stand up and say it. Don't be part of the problem...

Wow, you’re really emotionally invested in this issue. Sorry, I just don’t see it as a “give me liberty or give me death “ issue. I can’t care as much about this as you do so you carry on and I’ll go away........
