This seems like a complete blunder unless he thinks he can get fury. The only cash out fights out there are fury and Joshua and the path to Joshua comes from fighting the eliminator and hoping Joshua beats usyk.

Bigger than Hrgovic for sure! If Ortiz fought Hrgovic, HE would have to be the draw, and he's not a draw, not even in Miami. I think Ortiz knows he can't beat Hrgovic, so he's looking for the most money b4 he retires! Hrgovic is not a draw anywhere. If he was, Whyte would've fought him already!

Perhaps you are right. I don't believe that King Kong Ortiz fears any man. He's fearless like a gorilla. It's just his handlers that are sabotaging his career. He should take the fight. My only issue was that the sanctioning body putting him under the shot gun in order to take it or else and I didn't like that.
