  • Luis Ortiz will be miraculously healed if offered a Andy Ruiz fight.

    • Sad but once you get below #2 on HW rankings, it’s lord of the flies. Still need real eliminators tho. And legit mandatories enforced

That's what the article says. He's not injured when it comes to Ruiz.
Typical PBC tactic. They want the guys that are not interested.

        • PBC punks in protective custody no surprise. Perfect opportunity for Parker to get back in a title fight.

          • Is there someone to explain me why Hrgovic is ranked so high by IBF to become a semi-mandatory ?
Joyce and Yoka have done much more in the past (incl. as Am) and recently.
But they have been ranked behind him for years.
            Where is the trick ?

The article failed to mention that Joshua is exercising his rematch clause and will likely face Usyk in April.
What has that got to do with anything?

I guess he wouldn`t turn down Chisora or Ruiz fight.

                • Say what you want about the IBF but they're the only ones that actually put any effort into who their mando is. They have to earn their shot.

                  • Joyce has been positioned by Frank (I own the WBO) Warren with the WBO so he'll get a shot that way probably not interested in paying IBF fees or fighting Hirgovic.

Looking at someone like Whyte who got stuck with a WBC title so couldn't get ranked with anyone else and paid a lot of fees to the WBC and then got nothing for it,
I think was ******. That IBF belt looks the fairest route to a shot and I can't see why anyone would choose differently though various promoters do seem to own various belts (King-WBA, WBO - Arum/Warren etc).
