Ortiz was probably older than 42 in the second wilder fight fight he boxed wilders ears clean off him it was then or never
Watching that fight for the first time prior to the knockout the thing going through everybody's mind was actually wilders team shouldn't have rematched ortiz because he was embarrassing him especially being a 50 odd year old man
However I agree oritzs legs have gone against top guys ortizs punches would fall short now with his legs
thr jab that sent him down wasn't so much the jab but more down to his stiff old leg's
His right leg was stiff as he came in, looked like he was going down if the jab landed or not
Ortiz failed a blood pressure test the week of the Wilder fight, they made the fight happen anyway and promised him a rematch if he fought. Literally, this guy is close to getting seriously hurt in a fight and his team have no interest in protecting him.
Also - he's I think it's very likely he's actually closer to 50 than 40.
They were crying in the audience in the early rounds... I hate when they show that **** it's so tacky.
I remember when the whole Arreola family was sobbing after Vitali gave Chris the beating of his life. Why do some of these fighters bring their kids ringside??? Wilder does it too. It just seems like an awful situation for a young child to watch their dad get punched in the face again and again.

I remember thinking that Canelo had just killed Amir Khan right in front of the wife and kids. Yeah, it’s no place for the kiddies
