Let's not forget Cedric Peynaud was fight 11. We're at 20 now and he's come on in leaps and bounds, particularly in his last 4. But there's still some way to go, and the Peynaud experience is still at the back of the mind. If he ever wants to get the type of success his dad had then they need to be careful. And that's another whole pressure right there, as he's constantly compared to Nigel which is unfair at times.
The comparisons to his dad are ******. Frustrates me no end and different fighters for my moneyRodtang likes this.

It just makes me laugh how many people want him to fight the likes of Ennis and ortiz which I’m not against but the same people have a million excuses why charlo shouldn’t fight Andrade or why tank shouldn’t fight anyone with a pulse.
Since you mention Ortiz and Ennis, I will remind you that neither of them has had extensive amateur careers so they are all equal on paper. Ennis is looking to fight any of the belt holders at WW and so is Ortiz. So why not go after Ennis??
Your guy Benn is clamoring for Broner. Even if what you say was true, it’s not, why Broner? Broner is irrelevant. There are better ways to matchmake.

Benn is fortunate that, due to his name and his backing, he can be brought along carefully and measured. Guys like Broner and Guerrero have a name and not much risk.
I'm not a fan of Benn but I didn't think he'd even be at this level. I think he's improved a great deal since the days of struggling with Peynaud.
Boots Ennis does NOT have an extensive amateur career so why can’t Benn go after him since they are both equal. Undefeated and under 26 years old.
Why Broner? Broner is garbage at this point.
Also, when exactly will Benn be ready for Crawford or Boots? When he’s 27?

This is the way it's ALWAYS gone...young up and coming fighter takes on older names to build his name up....Broner and/or Guerrero will do just that for rather inexperienced and carefully pushed Benn.
Wake up. You sound like a casual fan.

Boots fought way weaker opposition than Benn is now at the same point in his career, Boots has only upped the opposition in the last four fights.
He's had eight more fights or did you miss that, at 20 fights same as Benn he was facing, did Boots fight a Benn of course not.
Why doesn't Boots fight Ortiz, Spence, Crawford etc , he's had 28 fights what's wrong with him. Hey Boots has had 28 fights maybe he#'s ready for an up and coming prospect.
When Benn gets to 28 fights I'll say the same to him.
Win lose or draw I bet Benn gets in the ring with one of them in 28 fights or less which be way faster than Boots.
Just go look at boxrec ...

Because Benn can pack arenas of casual fans fighting the likes of Sammy Vargas, Adrian Granados and Adrien Broner.
I have no clue when he will be ready. Maybe never. I don't recall anyone saying the kid was anything special or hyping him up. I don't even like him as a fighter and I actively root against him most fights. I just think it's funny how many people want to see him get beat or exposed for whatever reason.

Boots has called out Crawford, Spence and Thurman the whole of 2021. Do you are just propagating lies to justify Benn calling out Broner and Guerrero. See proof below
Also, since according to you Boots has fought weaker opposition compared to Benn, it should be an easy win for Benn, no?

Lastly, Teofimo did not have an extensive amateur career, yet at 23 he stepped up to fight and beat Lomachenko. And he had less than 18 fights so your logic that Benn is inexperienced because has less fights than Boots is delusional.
