I don't care about sales since they're not going to give me anything from them. Ava is the fight to prove Benn is the real deal. Broner is the fight to make matchroom money we won't see. No fan should want the Broner fight more.

How about Conor Benn vs. Montana Love? Obviously Love struggles to make 140! How about Conor Benn vs. Rashidi Ellis? Ellis fights on DAZN? How about Josh Taylor vs. Conor Benn? Why is Hearn always talking about fighters that don't even fight on DAZN?

No shame in losing to David and it's s good win if he wins, i have zero interest in Broner or guerrero, a win vs those only improves his bank balance.

hearn doing a good job in thant sense but disappointing in terms if seeing benn in a competitive contest.

Seems like all the fights young Edward wants him to have are with pbc fighters innit. Interesting that says I. Should send young Benn over to fight on pbc on FOX if he wants American recognition for his fighter. Even fighting washed up welterights and blown up lightweights on American television is better than fighting washed up fighters on dayzin where no Americans will see him

How popular or relevant is Broner in the UK? Seriously? Broner of all guys!
The difference is that the fighters you mentioned had extensive amateur careers. Benn doesn't. It wasn't too long ago that he went life and death with a French club fighter.

Benn is fortunate that, due to his name and his backing, he can be brought along carefully and measured. Guys like Broner and Guerrero have a name and not much risk.

I'm not a fan of Benn but I didn't think he'd even be at this level. I think he's improved a great deal since the days of struggling with Peynaud.

Broner is 2-2-1 in his last 5. What does Benn gain from winning? Conversely.. imagine if he lost to AB. Benn need to fight Ava. That would be a good win on his record and not the end of the world if he lost.

Broner or Guerrero lol, I guess they make some kind of business sense maybe a few years ago for sure but not now
Man, you've been a boxing fan WAY too long to even think an Ortiz, Ennis, Ellis or Stanionis fight happens for Benn. You know better than that, so why ask?

This is the way it's ALWAYS gone...young up and coming fighter takes on older names to build his name up....Broner and/or Guerrero will do just that for rather inexperienced and carefully pushed Benn.

Wake up. You sound like a casual fan.

I'd say make the Guerrero AND Broner fights on 2022...Broner being the last fight he takes next year. Benn needs all he can get to build his name and ring experience. When guys make fun of matches like this or force the guy to face another top-rated fighter in the division, the promoter focuses on business and we get what we get as a result.

I say, make the fights happen....especially if Benn is willing and able to fight 2-3 times next year. This is how we end up with relatively untested guys in against top-rated guys...Plant vs Canelo comes to mind- I mean that in the most respectful way.

When the guy is protected and moving in his own direction, creating his own path within the division, they'll skip the experience and get the big fight...all to stink up the joint.

Allow these fighters to get dirt on their jerseys. Let them bump their heads by matching them against tough veterans so they can grow as fighters. I hate the way things are going now...look at the Lightweight division. Everybody has their own agenda while trying to avoid the tests in order to get the big fight in the division. SO sad.

                    No Avanesyan?

So Conor Benn is cherrypicking? No surprise.

This is how Hearn does business. It's about swerving the best to the title ....it always surprises me that some on here and elsewhere don't see it.
