If the WBC hadn't ordered a split, there's no split for Whyte to object to. If there's no split to object to, you wouldn't ask an arbiter to over rule the WBC.

They certainly haven't ordered 80/20 yet. You won't find a single source from the WBC on that. They've ordered the fighters to enter into free negotiations. But without a split for purse bids, which is bollocks. How do you negotiate without a starting point?

But you can be sure that Fury has petitioned the WBC and they have advised that if it goes to purse bids their intention is to go with 80/20 subject to the outcome of arbitration.
