Kambosos is the undisputed champion because he holds the top title of all four organizations. All four organizations agree he is the champion, so there is no "dispute."

Haney holds the WBC world title and Tank holds the WBA world title, but the WBC Franchise world title and WBA Super world title held by Kambosos are the top titles offered by the WBC and WBA.

He can sue wbc if he chooses to, but I don't think he will sue as that will only solidify what wbc said about undisputed. I would think that he would want to hold on to his position and fight kambosas and not lose it, but there is no doubt that the corrupt WBC blatantly disrespected him after he successfully defended his title. The funny thing is that wbc disrespected their own main title by prioritising the franchise title. The other main WBC champs have reasons to be unhappy about this as this could happen in ANY division.

why not, when they actually made him the champion at the request of Lomachenko to keep from fighting him? AND THEN was charging him fees as champ. At no point did the Ring magazine ever recognize Tank as a 135 or 140 lb champ. ****, he didn't even recognize himself as such lol. He knew it was bs.
