Personally, you could make the argument that he is overrated, but the same logic would have to be applied to Spence as well. To be fair, I think of either fought Ennis or Ortiz Jr, those would be the best fighters they have ever fought. Crawford is a really good fighter, but I have seen better( Vernon, Tito, Manny, Cotto, and Floyd would've beat him). Crawford gets hit way too much and he has yet to fight a puncher or an elite counter puncher. Right now, it's 50/50 vs Ortiz Jr and I would favor Ennis to edge him due to being bigger, stronger, faster, more athletic, and a much better switch hitter. Looking at resume, Crawford has a lot of question marks. No, I don't think the Porter Crawford from ght is the same Porter in the past. I also think Porter lost to Ugas and Danny. We will not know how good Crawford is until he fights Ennis, Ugas, Spence, Ortiz Jr...etc. he is really good but he is far from unbeatable. Canelo, Usyk, Loma are the only fighters who have proven how great they are l. Even GGG has defeated better competition ( he beat Canelo in both fights).

Spence Jr. never moved up in weight, never came undisputed, beats smaller guys, I really don't see how you can compare the two and it's real audacity and hate to put EJ anywhere near Bud on the p4p list.

I don't know what you sad gong into the Porter fight, but people were saying (haters mostly) that Bud NEEDED to fight Porter because he was the only top welterweight that WAS NOT past his prime like Brook and Khan. And no surprise you had haters on this board calling porter a bum once the fight got made. These haters, Canelo fans mostly using EJ as a prop, wanted the fight because they thought maybe Shawn could stop him because he almost beat Errol in the fight before.

Who is he rated over that he shouldn’t be in most peoples eyes? Skillwise he’s more complete than Loma who can’t really box outside. By far the best backfoot fighter in the game too, no one else has power on their punches like Crawford does while moving back, that’s a talent he rules in right now. He gets hit, but his game is also not to longshot you like Mayweather, it’s trading. Pfp he probably is the best, but no one has him as the best as his resume falls short. Thinking about it though, Prime Golovkin would murk him, styles.

Underrated if this thread is any indication.

I prefer the term untested skills against elite opposition not overrated he's talented as hell passes the eye test but lacks any real accolades in terms of opponents beaten (yet) he will do it when given a chance and win I highly suspect.

Again, if Crawford is overrated, so is Errol Spence. Neither guy has really proven that they are number one in the division. I know Crawford was going to outpoint Porter, but I did not expect s stoppage victory.

Loma, Usyk, and Canelo are just as, if not, more technical.

I think he has excellent offensive and finishing skills. Some people mistakenly think he's slick though, but he gets hit a lot.
