Loma is begging for belts, Davis doesn't want them.

Next time don't quote me if you are going to edit my post before quoting. Thanks.
You had Lopez 11-1? Seriously? Wow. First time I’ve ever seen anyone give that score and I know a lot of non lomachenko fans. Even the worst critic I know gave him four rounds but ok. Never mind just saw your avatar. Explanation not required lol

Fight was not close, IMO, one judge and some other fans.

As I said you didn’t need to explain, your avatar told

Then shut up and fight somebody good.

27 years old, 26 pro fights, 0 opponents ranked in the top 5 of the division he fought them in at the time of the fight.

          That says it all.

Davis would literally break Loma's tiny head in two.
Lol 11-1 Lopez? Are you sure about that? Sooooooo, if Tank faces and beats Loma YOU shouldn't really give Tank much credit for it? Cuz as you say he was beat by Salido (in his 2nd pro fight) and near enough shut out (lol shut out 11-1 is BS) by a green Lopez?

You are now playing down fighters that Tank and his owners refuse to fight and have done a hell of alot more in the sport than Tank has and in no longer time.

The person who will be the biggest star at lightweight a year from now hasn't even been mentioned in this thread. Shakur Stevenson was a welterweight on fight night in his last bout and will be at 135 next year at some point. Tank or none of these other lightweights are beating Shakur. I am no huge fan of Stevenson but I know a special talent when I see it.

Personally, i think the belts make it a bigger event but since they are tied up now and basically down in Oz for a bit it seems, that shouldnt stop a fight like tank loma taking place, that fight doesnt need the belts to sell it, they are both name value, everyone knows these guys names, having a wb whatever at the end is not essential to this fight, we all know tank and loma can win belts, but who will win in the ring is the question that needs answering, if they sail by each other again the fight may never happen and that would be a shame really

For all the Talent at 135, the division honestly sucks. U got Tank who were told will beat everyone but fights everyone but the guys we wanna see.

we got Ryan “ I have anxiety” Garcia. Good fighter but untested and he’s a clown

We got email champ Haney who wants unrealistic money for these matchups

                  Teofimo just left

George Kambosos who had a fairy tale win that he deserved but doesn’t appear to be a guy that’s gonna have a long reign

Then you got Loma who is gettin up there in age, has a willingness to fight the others but the others have no interest or reason to fight him since he holds no belts.

oh and these guys are all on different networks. It’s a perfect storm for all these fights to happen too late or not at all. & I stopped holding my breath a while ago.
