Lomanchenko biggest problem will be age and being able to take the power of a young killer puncher, but then again he could avoid him all night as well. I just can't see Loma laying like most people Gervonta has fought to be hit. Gervonta should really call out Oscar girl Ryan Garcia that's a cake walk over a highly respected sometimes fighter.
Totally disagree with the Loma part.

The guy has already been beaten twice by an old, retiring, C level Salido and was almost shut out by a green 22 year old boy in Lopez, very recently. I thought it was 11-1 Lopez. The same Lopez that lost to a D class Kambosos. Lopez ain't crap.

Davis would literally break Loma's tiny head in two.

I would give him a slight edge as the best because he has the biggest equalizer in boxer: power.

But he does have some issues that makes seeing him as unbeatable, not objectively true for me.
      • How does he fair with Lomachenko's high volume, all action style?
      • How does he fair against a durable bigger man in Haney?
      • Teofimo is (as of right now) out of 135 but if he decides to stick around, that's another boxer where size and all-around ability makes me wonder.

I don't think Ryan does or has anything to threaten Gervonta. He's taller but Gervonta has already beaten a welterweight sized opponent, who is also a better boxer than Ryan imo. Ryan is stiff, an easy target, and predictable. A great boxer takes away that left hook and after that, Ryan is pointless.

But Lomachenko is probably his greatest test. Loma could get sparked right the tf out but Gervonta proved against Cruz that he is not a punch-combination guy, he doesn't like to fight on the inside, and his volume is pretty low if a guy isn't a dead fish in front of him.

Haney is just big and more talented than Barrios. So, that's not a forgone conclusion despite Haney not exactly being all that great. Beating Haney would be a good bar for a Josh Taylor fight though.

        Tank's a joke.

He sits on secondary titles of all divisions while unified champions keep throwing him the bait but he has no balls to take the Lopez or Kambosos risk.

        No resume secondary champion.

The only fight I'm really interested at lightweight. It can't be one way tho (the blame).

Loma recently said he wants the fight. So like the other fights he has demanded and gotten in the past, he should approach Bruce Trampler, the Top Rank matchmaker, about wanting this fight. Gervonta's side will not approach them first since Loma has ZERO to offer (except his WBO intercontinental trinket). Loma has no power to demand anything right now, but he should try Bruce.

Let's see something on paper. Talk is cheap.

“I definitely feel like I’m better than him, I know I’m better than him. Haney is pretty good but the last two fights, for me, I kinda feel like I’m too explosive, too fast for Haney. And my shots are definitely stronger than the people he’s fought.

“So anything could happen in that fight, he could move, he could do whatever, but I know that I’ll catch him and we’ll see how he reacts. And even if he doesn’t react like that, I definitely have the skills to beat him.

“But like I said, Haney’s a skilled fighter, he likes to move, I’ve seen that jab, but if you notice once he starts getting hit to the body with hard shots he doesn’t really like it, at all.”

On looking to fight Isaac Cruz

“That’s currently being talked about with my team. Shout out Lupe Valencia, trying to get that done. Hopefully I can get that done with ‘Pitbull,’ we can get it rockin’. Like I said, Cruz is a good fighter, really meant no disrespect by saying he’s a C-class fighter, it really wasn’t towards him. It was more towards ‘Tank’ because I’ve been calling him out for I don’t know how long. To me I honestly feel (Cruz) is more of a B-level fighter but B-level fighter in a smaller weight class; he’s a C-level fighter at 135. I’ll stand by that.”

He's better than Haney & Tank, but he's negotiating to fight Issac Cruz! Lol!
the problem is that Haney beat Garcia 5 times in the amateur. Cryan G. knows that he can't beat Haney and will continue to duck

I had Lopez vs Loma 11-1 as well, best case 9-3. Wasn't close at all, and yes, Salido was about 300 years old, with 200 fights, completely finished and he deservedly beat Loma, 2nd fight or not, you gotta win those fights. Loma could not handle the physicality and elite bodywork of Salido. Loma is better now than he was then, and in his absolute peak, but he is not beating Mr. Tank in Nash's view. Also, why is Ryan Garcia even in these conversations? The guy is a bum who got completely Campbell'd. If Campbell was B level, instead of C level like Ryan, he would have finished the job there. Nash out.

Yeah, I hate to say it but with Fraud Jr. guiding your career, expect a bunch of nobody fights or taking on competition far from its prime. Tank can talk all he wants but he has to prove it at this point. Not fighting Isaac and Rollie's of the world, but the guys people want you to fight. Let's see a Garcia, Haney, Loma, etc. Those are what will make Tank sound like he is speaking truths. Unfortunately at this point, I consider Tank a good fighter whose unproven really. I hope he can change that perception because he's fun to watch otherwise.
