Before the Oct. 9 third fight between champion Tyson Fury and former titlist Deontay Wilder the WBC put out a resolution saying the winner of the fight would be obligated to next face the interim titleholder, which is Dillian Whyte. So, Whyte is the mandatory, however the WBC punted in terms of ordering the bout next because Whyte is in arbitration with the WBC mainly over what the purse split would be. The WBC says 80-20, Whyte wants more.
An interim champion can’t be a mandatory challenger . This means possible more funny business from your friends .

It’s like people forgot Whyte got ktfo by the corpse of Povetkin who had no legs the whole fight just 2 fights ago. I don’t think he deserves this fight due to that reason and the fact he insults every other heavyweight going at any opportunity why would they want to do him a favour. “Boogeyman” Whyte will lose either way so idgaf if he fights him or not just makes me laugh ppl claiming Fury is scared of bum Whyte get real.

You also looked up interim champion regarding the UFC not boxing .

3.22 Interim Championship Rule. In special circumstances, including when the WBC in its sole discretion declares a WBC champion temporarily unavailable to defend his title, the WBC may sanction a bout between Qualified Challengers for an interim championship, or otherwise recognize an interim champion in the division.
In its sole discretion, the WBC shall subsequently determine the timing and terms of any bout between a Champion and Interim Champion to determine a sole champion in the division, provided, however, that an Interim Champion shall never be deemed a mandatory challenger, or without a specific prior written order to that effect from the WBC President or his designee.
For the avoidance of doubt, a WBC Interim World Championship shall be considered a true WBC World title for all purposes, other than with respect to a bout versus the actual World Champion, absent any order to the contrary from the WBC in its sole discretion
When was the champ "temporary" unable to defend his Title?

Also "entitled to greater share of proceeds of any purse offer beyond that of a challenger,"

Which again is 70/30. Look it up.

“the WBC may sanction a bout between Qualified Challengers for an interim championship, or otherwise recognize an interim champion in the division” Fury is also the champion not the challenger you don’t know what you’re reading . The interim champion fighting against a challenger doesn’t mean he’s entitled to more himself outside the champion.

I didn’t say anything about a split but anyone who’s also suggesting a 20% offer is reasonable also doesn’t want this fight to happen.

Like I said if it’s such an easy fight I bet anyone on here it’ll be tougher then the Wilder one .

Who cares if it is? If you were that sure you would bet Whyte to win not just “be a harder fight than wilder” i think it maybe will also not because of Shyte though but because of Fury, Fury didn’t look too good in the Wilder v Fury 3 fight probably worst I’ve ever seen him and he doesn’t seem to be taking training too seriously. At the end of the day Fury will win that’s all what matters Whyte isn’t a legit top heavyweight, knocked out by stiff robot AJ, went life and death with journeyman Chisora and knocked the **** out by 40 yo ghost povetkin.

Whyte winning vs causing or having greater chance to win isn’t even the same thing . Not everyone is that confident otherwise they would be jumping on it . The fact is if Whyte makes Fury look bad which he’s going to do not because Furys is hyped but stylistically it’s one of the match ups he’s in danger of losing wheather you think it’s 10% or 100% chance of happening isn’t relevant , again facts trump feelings .

In the end this fight will show not everyone is miles above anyone in the division that’s why you guys are writing it off .

Nothing is fact until they step in the ring that’s the only fact you have said. I don’t think he deserves this fight because he’s an ******* if someone was calling me a coke head and all the other crap Whyte talks about i would 1. Bring up his husband Dean Whyte 2. Never give that man a payday for the disrespect, he brings nothing to the table for Fury no belt and not even a legit challenge in mine and most peoples eyes. You say facts trump feelings like im invested when i already said idgaf if this fight happens or not so put the scoreboard away I’m not interested.

Anyone calling a pro fighter Shyte is invested . You show your cards way to easy on here ,if someone was invested in the fight it’s definitely you on the thread with all the energy you post telling everyone you don’t care about when you obviously do I’m sure if I went through your post history it’ll show it as well .

You seem more invested than anybody in all fairness every thread i see you in its insulting or discrediting Fury you will not give him an inch of credit. I call him Shyte because he sucks as i said the man could of easily lost the first Chisora fight and lost to a ghost veteran he has no chance but we will see if it ever happens. I’ve written 3 posts in this thread how many have you? Just because I’m dis*****g your “facts” doesn’t mean I’m emotionally invested just don’t like the bs. As i said Fury is more in your feelings than any fighter is in mine for sure.

Sure I'll bet! If Whyte drops FURY TWICE and Doea better than a draw you got a deal.

If not! Then if he lasts more rounds then Wilder you got a deal...
