You are absolutely right because Meldrick Taylor had already whooped Chavez' ass a lot worse than Pernell Whitaker did some three years prior. As a matter of fact; He had to receive a gift stoppage from the referee in order to win that fight .Chavez got his ass tore up in the fight as he was trailing big on all three official judges scorecards at the time of the stoppage.

Does Canelo even knows what the fuck he's doing here? History has shown that Don King doesn't do charity cases. You either have to make or break him. I have my doubts if this fight ever gets the go ahead because if Canelo wins King is going to want some additional options on his future fights. Which could signal a potential deal breaker.
