That's the pressure that's on Bud. Honestly, I think it should be some nuance there. If Porter wins, maybe it's just a matter of styles make fights and not necessarily an indictment on Bud? That won't be the narrative if it happens but I think it's worth considering.
Yeah Porter has given anyone he’s ever been in the ring with problems, if Crawford beats him convincingly it’s a massive statement IMO.
On the flip side, if Porter beats Crawford, people like myself who rate him highly will have to admit he wasn’t as great as we thought he was.Comment

I don't think so. There's solid, good, very good, and then great. Solid pros are the guys like Quigley. Good fighters are guys like Jeff Horn. Very good would be someone like Danny Jacobs, Caleb Plant etc. Great would be Usyks, Furys, Crawfords.

For someone in almost everyone’s top 10 p4p, Crawford’s resume is hot garbage.
