    Fair?
Porter is pretty damn durable though. Crawford can still win convincingly if it goes the distance, but if he struggles and only wins like a 115-113 decision that really says a lot about the hype he was receiving.

I'd say his run through Burns, Gamboa and Beltran, and then Postol, was really good.

        Agreed.

Porter never lost bad in his career.

On the flip side, if Porter beats Crawford, people like myself who rate him highly will have to admit he wasn’t as great as we thought he was.
That's the pressure that's on Bud. Honestly, I think it should be some nuance there. If Porter wins, maybe it's just a matter of styles make fights and not necessarily an indictment on Bud? That won't be the narrative if it happens but I think it's worth considering.

Crawford is fighting an old 34yr old Porter who's on a 15 month layoff.

            He aged Porter out.

That’s a good point also, don’t disagree with that notion whatsoever.

If you’re saying Burns, Gamboa, Beltran and Postol are really good fighters then your standards are very low.

I don't think so. There's solid, good, very good, and then great. Solid pros are the guys like Quigley. Good fighters are guys like Jeff Horn. Very good would be someone like Danny Jacobs, Caleb Plant etc. Great would be Usyks, Furys, Crawfords.

Not sure why people hate on Crawford's resume that much. It's not bad.

For someone in almost everyone’s top 10 p4p, Crawford’s resume is hot garbage.

I don't have him #1 P4P and Porter has competed with everyone. Just beat him and that's good enough for me.
