They need to meet in the middle, 20 % is too low for a number 1 contender and 45 % is too high. 70/30 is fair on both rear ends.Comment

Lower it to how much? So they want to low-ball Dillain Whyte. Dillain Whyte is even a bigger draw than Tyson Fury. I guess it's a tactics not to pay for the fight so that Matchroom can counter the offer and pay even much bigger fee than Frank Warren or Arum could offer.
So they're looking to give Whyte 20%, IMO Dillain Whyte is bigger than that.
I would also hold him to his own statement that if 2 fighters really want a fight they don’t quarrel over money which is exactly the opposite of what Fury has been doing ,he’s assumed the role of a self proclaimed biggest draw he gets it all role which is telling how much he lies though if you really kept a close eye on him you’ll know he also demanded 60% to fight A.J before he fought anyone in his return .Last edited by REDEEMER; 11-18-2021, 05:34 PM.Comment

Dillian Whyte doesn't want to fight. He's constantly pricing himself out of fights. When are fans going to see that this guy talks a GREAT game, but never fights anyone...ANYONE!!! Tyson please beat the guy's @ss so he can just go away already. He backed out the fight with Walin because he knew he would get his @ss beat and he was too much of a pu--y to fight. I'm so sick of this dude.Comment

He got 30 million the last 2 fights with wilder & around 12 in the first…whyte ain’t a bigger draw. Fury has been fighting in Us & hasn’t fought in Uk for a long time. Whyte has been turning down fights left & right the last few years. 75-25 is the usual percentage. The WBC said 80-20… so Whyte can take it or leave it. I’m sure he would walk out with 5-8 million & if he wins he can demand a lot more. He is not in the driver’s seat & I’m sure they would bend for 75-25 maybe even 70-30 but Whyte continues to shoot himself in the foot. I like Whyte & think he deserves a shot but the lawsuit & his loss to Povetkin hurt him. Fury/Wilder 3 winner was mandated to fight him earlier this year but last year he got pasted by Povetkin.Comment

Ok I'm not a Deontay Wilder fan but I believe has headlined PPV fights before he fought Tyson Fury it's only that the fights did low numbers. I think his fight with Luiz Ortiz and Stiverne II is PPVComment

Eddie Hearn is calling 80-20 ridiculous for a mandatory challenger when this is the norm.....Wasn't this the same Eddie Hearn that 'offered' the then current WBC champion , Wilder 15mil to fight Joshua for a pot of around 100mil ...15% !!! These idiots are boring and can not be taken seriously with their double standards.Comment

Wilder has had 4 PPV fights. 3 of them were against Fury and the other was his rematch with Ortiz. All the trilogy fights sold more PPVs than Wilder vs Ortiz 2Comment
