Before Fury fought Wilder, who would you rather watch (Fury or Whyte)? Go and look at some sky sports buys number and you would see that some fights Whyte headlined brought considerably good numbers whereas Fury has been a long time low number fighter!

Fury wasn't really known like that even after he won Klitschko. When he fought seferi and panieta for his come-back how many fans really cared? After he fought Wilder the first time, he then signed a nice deal with ESPN and that was why u saw good money he earned. When he fought schwarz and wallin how many people turned up to watch him fight them? After he beat Wilder in the second fight he tried to fight Kabayel at December that year ending and fans didn't even care.

But check this out anytime Dillain Whyte turn up to fight win or lose fans turn up to watch coz they know it will be fireworks. That was why I said IMO Dillain Whyte is a bigger draw coz despite the fact that he hasn't won a major belt he still one to watch coz fans will want to see some suspense.

Fury is about to blow away his opportunity to be a big major must-see. AJ is about to fight Usyk so we don't know who would turn out to be the Winner. If AJ turn out to win I believe he will carry that fight and be the A-side. So apart from Joshua, the fight to bring Fury a quality payday is actually Dillain Whyte and Dillain actually makes one enjoy fight even in the press conference and face to face Dillain is fun to watch. So if Fury ****s up and decide to fight an easy voluntary defence fight let say Kabayel how many turn up of fans do you think will want to watch that?

So in this Fury-Whyte negotiation, true Fury should be the A-side but Whyte should earn considerably more coz he will give a fan friendly fight.
I want the fight to happen but he wants 45% which he ain’t going to get. He is a draw in the UK as is Chisora but Whyte isn’t getting 45. 75/25 but as i said i think 30 is a possibility.

They need to meet in the middle, 20 % is too low for a number 1 contender and 45 % is too high. 70/30 is fair on both rear ends.

So they're looking to give Whyte 20%, IMO Dillain Whyte is bigger than that.
An 80/20 split demand is usually when someone doesn’t want the fight . Both guys are draws in their own way ,Whyte would bring most fans in the U.K because he headlines ppvs there . I’m not sure if Whyte is actually a bigger draw in the big picture but I would say Fury walking away because he wants 80% is a clear duck ,.

I would also hold him to his own statement that if 2 fighters really want a fight they don’t quarrel over money which is exactly the opposite of what Fury has been doing ,he’s assumed the role of a self proclaimed biggest draw he gets it all role which is telling how much he lies though if you really kept a close eye on him you’ll know he also demanded 60% to fight A.J before he fought anyone in his return .

30-35% makes sense. Dillain Whyte should be looking at like $8,000,000 upwards

Dillian Whyte doesn't want to fight. He's constantly pricing himself out of fights. When are fans going to see that this guy talks a GREAT game, but never fights anyone...ANYONE!!! Tyson please beat the guy's @ss so he can just go away already. He backed out the fight with Walin because he knew he would get his @ss beat and he was too much of a pu--y to fight. I'm so sick of this dude.

Whyte has been turning down fights left & right the last few years. 75-25 is the usual percentage. The WBC said 80-20… so Whyte can take it or leave it. I’m sure he would walk out with 5-8 million & if he wins he can demand a lot more. He is not in the driver’s seat & I’m sure they would bend for 75-25 maybe even 70-30 but Whyte continues to shoot himself in the foot. I like Whyte & think he deserves a shot but the lawsuit & his loss to Povetkin hurt him. Fury/Wilder 3 winner was mandated to fight him earlier this year but last year he got pasted by Povetkin.
So true So true. Whyte has so much to say about other fighters but all he does is turn down fights. It's really ridiculous.

Ok I'm not a Deontay Wilder fan but I believe has headlined PPV fights before he fought Tyson Fury it's only that the fights did low numbers. I think his fight with Luiz Ortiz and Stiverne II is PPV

Eddie Hearn is calling 80-20 ridiculous for a mandatory challenger when this is the norm.....Wasn't this the same Eddie Hearn that 'offered' the then current WBC champion , Wilder 15mil to fight Joshua for a pot of around 100mil ...15% !!! These idiots are boring and can not be taken seriously with their double standards.

Sorry Frank... Pianeta, Sefari, Schwarz and Wallin would all disagree with that
If Wallin was an easy fight, Whyte wouldn’t have faked a shoulder injury.

Wilder has had 4 PPV fights. 3 of them were against Fury and the other was his rematch with Ortiz. All the trilogy fights sold more PPVs than Wilder vs Ortiz 2
