Porter and Crawford are fighting on ESPN tomorrow. Porter forced the mandatory just like Davis could. Its a PPV. Both sides were satisfied with the deal. Competing networks. Competing promotional outfits. Davis could do the same. The very thing you say can't be done is happening tomorrow.

Loma gets credit because he was fighting guys with real titles, many of whom are STILL top ranked in their respective divisions. He retired Nicholas Walters, who beat Nonito Donaire (and that's a big scalp), made Rigo quit on his stool, who despite being a boring fighter, is still the top ranked super bantamweight, knocked out Gary Russell Jr, who's currently a world champ, etc. He didn't cherry pick guys with secondary belts. There's a world of difference between the level of competition there. Maybe Tank is the real deal, maybe not. We'll never know as long as Mayweather promotions keeps him out of the real fights in his divisions.

fonseca- hasnt fought anybody other than Davis and b4 davis hadnt even fought in the U.S.

Cruz-best win was was Vargas who's a super featherweight!

The hate for Floyd is why people hate on Tank but it's also why Tank is being successful on PPV. He may not be doing MASSIVE numbers but he is obviously making profits or they wouldnt keep putting him on PPV platforms. Great assessment on Broner by the way. I don’t think they’re afraid of Tank losing. I think they’re just building him up. It’s taken a little longer than expected because Tank had that little 2 year stretch after the Pedraza fight when he was mad at Mayweather Promotions. He wasn’t focused. He missed weight on a couple fights. He was badmouthing Floyd and Floyd had to put him on the shelf for a while. He got arrested. Had that thing with his girlfriend where he yoked her up at that charity basketball game. I used to say all the time Tank is a good fighter but he’s a punk. I think these last 18 months he’s been focused on his career. I’d be surprised if in Tanks next fight they didn’t throw a couple million at one of the top guys out there.

Instead of rating them based on what they did in their careers you’re rating them on what they didn’t do. How is they valid?
