Canelo is actually "doing" what we asked GGG to do for all these years

    On the 2nd one, that's just not true. I don't think any honest person could say Ward ever really wanted that fight. It never really made sense for either guy/team. This is why haters on this board get exposed and have no credibility. You try to reach, way too hard, to hate on guys in any way possible. It exposes you.

    GGG probably couldn't have paid Smith enough to fight him. That was the first stepping stone. So it's kind of an irrelevant question. I rate Canelo's win over BJS though. Probably his most impressive performance imo.

    So what I did there - I called it like I saw it, and gave props where due. Try it sometime, instead of being a whiny little fanboy for your tribe.

      He outlanded Jacobs in 8 of 11 rounds, 1 tie. And by 40 punches, with one KD as well. You'd have to be an idiot to think that fight was anything other than a 8-4, 7-5 GGG win. Those are literally the only 2 reasonable scores.

        You're a lier. Everyone knows it. I pulled the scores off of a smartphone app that pools all the scorecards and averages it within the community. I got the other one from Eye On The Ring, which is another community that scores fights.

        You, on the other hand, have ZERO evidence of ANYTHING you are saying. It's obvious you are making everything up.

          The link above has over 77 pages and was merged with the rbr. Do I need to quote the posts showing that over 95% of the boxingscene forum thought Golovkin lost that fight? Same with Derv

          You and your Monday morning quarterback tricks won't work

          The same guy's on this forum who say G beat Jacobs are the same one's who said he lost the night of the fight. Check the damn thread I posted. The PROOF is there

                    It's no secret that ggg is the biggest p*ssy in boxing and a hyped up HBO darling who never delivered. When HBO was pushing the narrative that ggg is avoided and a monster, real boxing fans who know the game were laughing it off, and now it has become apparent to even casuals that ggg wants to take less risk for $$$ and just retire with a trash resume. He is a liability to dazn as well...

                      Im not so sure about that, Ward was never a vocal guy, there was a lot of talk on the internet about a Ward vs GGG fight and when it was put to Ward he said sure lets make the fight, GGG didn't want to fight Ward it was all wrong for him and Ward was bigger, just not a good fight for him, they don't all walk around beating their chest there is a lot of strategy in the matchmaking department with all the top guys, unless they don't have options then they start getting loud.

                      GGG is a great fighter that catches a lot of hate, murderous puncher with a killer instinct, went two very close fights with the worlds best Canelo that has gotta mean he is right there, I think Ward was all wrong for him, wrong for Canelo as well, Ward is like a modern-day Mike McCallum, kind off lulls you to sleep while he is winning the fight, very technical and very hard to beat over 12 rounds, Ward is an underrated boxer, nothing flashy just so hard to beat.
