Ward didn't say what his terms were. What if he wanted it at 168, but in Oakland? That for me would be just as much BS as it being at 164. Catchweight fights are silly 9 times out of 10.
And why would you of all people, a Canelo superfan, be mad at anyone wanting a catchweight? That's all your guy does lol.
By the way, just because you say you want a fight, doesn't mean that you want it. Was Ward ducking GGG because he wouldn't take it at 164? That's the type of dumbass logic you have, but at least you're consistently dumb.
Anyone from 154 to 168! Uh, except Andre Ward...that one has to be at 164 or no fight!
Do I have to explain to you what "a draw was fair" or being generous means? It means that like all very close fights it depends on how you score the fight & that if you gift ggg rds from ineffective activity alone, then he MAYBE can be given 7 rds at absolute most.
(I saw Canelo win 7 rds cleanly but I'm not a crybaby so I say the draw was fair, but ggg definitely wasn't robbed as claimed, especially considering the huge disparity in accuracy & all around punch variety including like 10x as many body shots.)
Well why do you constantly feel the need to attack ggg when he's the only guys that gave canelo a 50 50 fight in a long ass time
Let's not forget prime golovkin was waiting for canelo to grow some balls forever

Saying anyone 'from 154 to 168' doesn't mean 'all on their terms, giving up all leverage' - don't be an idiot. Catchweights are almost always dumb, but Ward wasn't exactly the most genuine guy in negotiations. His whole career will tell you that. Never traveled, made Dawson come down 7 pounds!! lol. Almost killed Dawson

It's hilarious seeing you twist yourself into a pretzel to try to justify this.
Be a fan of the truth, not a Golovkin dickrider.

? It's almost like a lot of posters on here just have the same type of stock responses when they are getting educated by someone else in a debate. You get shown up on the facts, so you just throw out buzzwords, lol.
I don't really care at all to be honest about any of this. I've just been pointing out some (obvious) faults in your logic. Your inability to cede rather obvious points that may go against your preferred narrative exposes you for who you are. But anyone who has debated with you on here knows that already.
All I try to do with you is educate you some, I feel like there is some intelligence in there somewhere with you. You just have to leave your emotion out of it when evaluating fights and fighters.

Stop it. When Brook asked for 157 Golovkin demanded 160. Dawson is the one that made the offer to go down to 168, Ward didn't ask him to. Golovkin's career was BS marketing hype. From "154 to 168" to "Mexican style" or "all the belts is my dream" all BS.

Lol, an AJ fan calling someone else's career marketing hype lololol. Thanks for the laugh. The guy beat Canelo twice, what a bum. GGG never lost to a guy like Andy Ruiz, especially in his prime. He KOed guys like that in a few rounds and hardly lost a round to the 10 guys like that that he faced.
And you realize that you are comparing 2 different situations right? GGG would have been the one in Dawson's shoes, not Ward's. Brook would have in Ward's shoes in that scenario. You're a complete idiot.
When you want to fight someone, you should go up to their weight class. The only time a catchweight is a good idea is when a guy can't physically make a weight below a certain number. Like, Dawson for Ward, for example lol. Or Geale for Martinez lol. But go on, every time you talk you stick your foot in your mouth.

why can't you admit the hypocrisy of ggg saying"a ww going to 155 is a disgrace to boxing" weeks before dragging a ww up to 160?
Or the hypocrisy of saying cws are a disgrace to boxing,& "I'm a lil mw,thats why I won't fight outside mw" then fighting Rolls at a cw after refusing to fight Cotto at 155.
