Fury is happy to fight Whyte, but we both know that Dillian is about to turn down another title shot due to his greed.
And it made a lot of sense.Betting wise the bookies are giving Whyte very lil chance of winnimg. Whye looked like SHT against Mariusz Walch. Who was beat by a Fury... Hubbie Fury.

Despite public goading from Fury on virtually a DAILY basis, we are yet to hear a peep from Whyte throughout this debacle, with no agreement signed and the deadline now having arrived.

WHYTE went AWOL!!! Fury got him shook.

Whyte will sign it at the last minute.

I would be gob smacked if he doesn't.

Yeah its a career high for both. He would be ****** if he decline. And AJ is not going to accept standby money.

              Agree.

But if he was never going to sign it, and has an alternative path he's taking, it would be A Level schithousery to drag it out to the eleventh minute of the eleventh hour just to piss off Bob, Frank and Tyson. There would be no other explanation.

I wouldn't respect the decision not to fight. But I could respect the fact that he doesn't seem to care who he pisses off in boxing.

And there's precedent here. Remember Fury being at the brink with the Wilder rematch before suddenly announcing he would go another way with his Top Rank deal? It wouldn't be that unusual.

Regardless, all will be revealed very soon! Maybe we'll get a sudden press conference with the news being one of:

              A) he's signed to fight Fury
              B) he's signed a deal with DAZN or Sky
              C) he's releasing a new fragrance

Usyk isn’t gonna waste time with Whyte. He’s either getting a mega-money rematch with AJ or going into a mega-money undisputed fight with Fury. I think Usyk-AJ 2 probably happens next. Although the delay in announcing it is strange, Hearn keeps pushing it back, it’s gone from Feb/Mar to June.
Joshua v Usyk must be tied up in something. It's got my spidey senses tingling.

I can see the appeal for Usyk. He's a three belt champ who is maybe being offered what he would probably consider two very winnable fights for very good money.

Usyk v Fury doesn't really make sense yet. It's for Undisputed but other than that I'm not sure it's commercially ready. Beat Whyte and then Joshua again on PPV and it would be huge.

As much as the obvious path is usually the obvious one to choose, this option has some merit.

                  i wouldn’t

He turned down a career high payday to fight AJ at Wembley for 3 world titles belts.

Why wouldn’t he turn down this? Yeah the money is a bit better this time but that’s irrelevant to what he was offered in 2019

all that matters is he turned down a career high payday once for a massive fight, so there’s reason to believe he could do it again.

                    There we have it.

                    He's signed it.

Was a formality from the start, Whyte just wanted to wait until the last moment as an attempt at mind games.
