I don't think it was vintage.

Fury does not look to be enjoying himself at all.

Usually Fury enjoys terrorizing his opponents.

It is the pressure of being the favourite, and the defending champion 'All of this is new to him'.

Last time he was more verbally aggressive..he made Chisora quit on his stool. Say what you want about Chisora but he isn’t someone that would generally get stopped on his stool

Wilder is finally going to have Fury in the ring, after all the legal battles and delays. Wilder will be faster, he'll be slicker and Fury won't know what hit him every time he goes down.

Then BOOM! Fury will be on the canvas and the fight will be called off.

An emphatic end to his lineage and the NEW WBC and lineal champion of the world... Deontay...WILDER!

It stems from a lack of confidence, insecurity and guilt. He is worried about what an angry and focused Deontay Wilder may do to him and for very good reason..i just don't see Fury taking an ass whooping in this fight. It's too dangerous.he can get himself seriously hurt if he does. Wilder is no Otto Wallin and If Wilder starts getting the best of him, then Tyson is either going to lay down or quit on his stool.

Actually... Wilder looks slim. It looks to me like he has incorporated the weight change well. This gives him some more mass on his punch. I think Fury wins this but I think Wilder has the right idea. If I am wilder I want to maximize my opportunities, even more than necessarily creating more opportunities. I want to prepare to get maybe 5 great shots at the apple, the brass ring, the prize... and in so doing if I come in too heavy, then I may lose my speed, and my ability to capitolize, but if I put on some more weight that I feel comfortable carrying, if it does not slow my hand or foot speed down, then it adds to how effective I will be when I get those opportunities.

I think Wilder prepared well for this fight. Fury is a bit heavier than I would like to see. If he gets into a punch out with Wilder, he may want to watch the second Ortiz fight...

I said it on fight night before the first fight. Wilder was too big at 231. He was 212 in the first fight where Fury was 256. Fury at 273 & aggressive beat him up. I said Wilder should weigh no more than 220 for the 3rd fight. At 238 I think he will lose speed. Wilder at 212-215 could go full throttle for 12 tounds as he did for Fury 1 & Stiverne 1. He looked exhausted by the 3rd round at 231. Stamina & speed could be a problem so I’m not saying he can end the fight in one punch but I see him gassing by the 5th round since he has never fought at that weight. The extra weight does him no good. Fury is still going to be much bigger so why not come in at 212-215 when he dropped Fury twice… Fury KO6

Yeah Fury doesn't look to be in the best of shape. The "late money" is significant because often it is the smart money.

The thing is, you don't know where the weight is distributed.

What if it's actually Wilder's legs that are bigger now because he's been doing squats, running, and 20-round sparring sessions?

The weight doesn't mean much if you didn't see all of the training that built it. For all we know, this could be the best Deontay Wilder we've ever seen.
