Wilder looked uncomfortable at the weighin. Talking about how he’s bench pressing more so Tyson can’t lean on him this time. Tells me he’s recognised it wasn’t a disloyal trainer that lost him the fight and he got beat up last time. I think all that bench pressing will slow his punches down so he might be less explosive anyway.

A lot of late money coming on Wilder. Remember when another heavyweight came in at his heaviest and wouldn't show his body, ie. Andy Ruiz?

Fury is not in great shape, but he has stamina. I pick Wilder by knock out to regain the WBC title.

[QUOTE=Toffee;n31119793]Looking at Fury he's slightly heavier but looks significantly less conditioned. There's always a question whether Fury will slip up, and I think he's already slipped up here.

Yet I still think he'll be too much for Wilder. Wilder's only chance remains a big shot. I think at 300 pounds and straight off the couch Fury would still be too much for Wilder. Wilder just isn't at this kind of level.’

last time out, fury was almost as fat as he is now, but the difference was he was wearing a loose vest. Maybe that’s why you think he looks ‘less conditioned’

Fury wore a sleeveless shirt at last weigh-in.

And a lot of people predicted he would be too heavy then.

He won't accept defeat again. His narcissism won't allow it. He'll do a Tyson when against Holyfield in the rematch or something to that affect.
I know Furys camp need to keep their head on a swivel. I think we're due for some crazy shlt tomorrow night considering Wilder has gas lit himself to a these "cheating" conspiracies

Why would he dry out for a heavyweight weigh in? He's not trying to make weight. If anything, he wants to max out his weight. What universe do you live in?

Wilder is straight up shook. Dude trying to hard to portray this calm assassin. But fact he worried. Right after the weigh in he was interviewed and asked why he weighed so much. Dude said it was about looking sexy, feeling sexy, and that he taste sexy too.

Did Tyson Fury exude his usual sense of cool confidence, or did he seem a bit "off" during his "interview".
He was extra belligerent & vulgar, to be sure, but I didn't detect his usual confidence in his voice.
He usually seems to be having fun at these sort of events, even (or especially) when he's speaking with hostility.
Not so much today. For whatever reason. I'm no psycologist, but that's my interpretation Fury's body languae.
Besides that, I have to wonder how much covid may have effected Fury.
Every case is different, but who knows? Alexander Povetkin was an unballanced shell of himself during his
rematch against Whyte, looking nothing like the man who had won their first fight.
