That's a pretty mixed up post.

    1. No he's not the mandatory challenger. There isn't one until they call one. He's their interim title holder. 2. Correct, it's not an eliminator
    3. Yes, it's the fight Whyte and his team have selected

You think Wallin is a cherry pick for a guy who is next in line when a mandatory is called?

Eddie wants Whyte to fight the Winner as mandatory. AJ says he doesn't care about belts...he would fight Wilder or Fury without them. Fury/Wilder winner to call out Joshua. Dollar signs start spinning in Eddie's head. Rematch with Usyk postponed as Eddie says Whyte has Wallin problems to worry about....and starts talking about how Josh vs winner is biggest/ best/most financially sensible fight to make at HW....how he's doing it for the fans...how AJ only wants the biggest fights and toughest challenges.

Whyte has been around the titles all right, laying around them. I don't mind Whyte getting a shot, but he's Eddys No. 2. Andy has better credentials. This is just name dropping any way, if Eddy wanted Whyte to have a title, AJ was hoarding 4 of them.

I'm no fan of Whyte but he has a decent chance to land one of his body shots to the exposed right side (liver) of Wallin's body.

Funny to say it, but for this one I'm Team Whyte. The only fight I'll ever be cheering for him to win.

Then he can become a highlight reel in Deontay's knockout videos.

Whyte should be ordered to fight an Ortiz or a Ruiz or a Parker as final eliminator, not a bum whose only credential is losing to Fury.

Whyte was offered a title fight with Joshua and refused. Now after a KO loss he comes in demanding, he is not a major player and needs to make himself less of a joke by beating some one other than the old fighters he feeds off. Hearn knows Joshua has little chance to keep him in the title situation in the most lucrative division in boxing so he's getting desperate.......it's fun to see.......Warren holds all the aces here ......now that must hurt...lol !!!

If Wilder beats Fury….NO MORE soft fights for him, he should be made to go straight in with Whyte, he has avoided him long enough.

No, which is why I said he shouldn't fight him until after this October 9th situation gets sorted out. So my question to you is when will Whyte become the next mandatory challenger?

He was the mandatory challenger once he defeated Oscar Rivas back in 2019 and then lost that status once he was knocked out by Alexander Povetkin a year later. However, he avenged that lost back in March of this year.

So does he have to wait until March of 2022 to make it official? Jose Sulaiman is already on record stating that if Wilder defeats Fury, then he would have to face Whyte next but if Fury defeats Wilder then he would have to face AJ next but Joshua has since lost so now what?

Whyte is on a 1 win winning streak. Against a 41 year old, who put him on a stretcher in previous fight. What else must he do to get his title shot?
