This is interesting. How do you explain then Tyson surviving Brownsville as a child, and the jail as an adult, but quitting (according to your point of view) in a boxing ring, which was apparently the lone place he felt great in?

That Tyson would probably also beat Usyk, for one reason only. Young Mike didn't give you any time to think.

Incidentally, as much as I hate theoretical fights, I would have appreciated Usyk vs Michael Spinks. Great pairing.

Take again Lewis. He fought perhaps three "name" opponents in his whole career. A shot Tyson, Holyfield and perhaps Vitali Klitschko, who came very close to defeating him. I'll even give you Ray Mercer, who arguably won that fight.

Then? Rahman beat him, McCall beat him. Bruno was close to beating him. What we're left with is Golota, Grant, Tua and so on.

His best moment is probably the Ruddock knockout. And Ruddock had already been softened by Tyson.

Namely, the same level of opponents Tyson destroyed in his prime. But Lewis is an ATG, and Tyson is an overrated bum. OK.

It looked premature at first, but if you watch carefully Lewis had weak legs as he was receiving the count. The referee probably saved him from a worse ending.
