AJ could potentially win an immediate rematch but it would only paper over the cracks. I think it would be the smart decision to take a backwards step to rebuild and redevelop, however, the fighter in Joshua will want to avenge his loss.
But if you were him... would you want to get up for a remedial fight? Fury is having a hell of a time getting up for Wilder, and he didn't lose a fight... Guys like Wilder and AJ defy a lot of conventional logic regarding how someone should approach a problem. AJ knows himself, or so it seems from how he speaks. I can respect his desire to get in there... Unlike Wilder he is not creating a narrative to do so lol.

      What??

Usyk cleaned out one super tough Cruiserweight division.

Beat every champion he's ever faced in their own backyards and has now gone and soundly beaten a Unified HW champ.

      Nothing special??

I understand a lot of people don't know (or care) a whole lot about the Cruisers, but that entire division was crazy talented with some killers thrown in

      Usyk deserves all the praise

Not sure what A.J deems remedial ? Gaging Usyk is very difficult but fighting him back to back is anyone’s best bet . I also said A.J made a huge mistake not having Otto Wallin in his camp ...he had every other southpaw but the guy that moves his feet like Usyk .

I still feel Hrgovic is really going to put a legit claim in the division,I still think that could be Joshuas 4 th loss in a real loss ,Hrgovic can really hurt you and he’s basically Vitali Klitschko again .

Yeah I completely understand it. The fighter in Joshua will definitely want to avenge his defeat.

Definitely but there are some posters on NSB that take it to another (ugly) level with delusional conspiracies, denial and nastiness to anyone who has an opinion that isn't favorable to the fighter.

Yeah can't wait for the guys moving on up to get in the mix. Regarding AJ, it would mean him taking a tune up. I agree with him... best to do the rematch.

This win had more to do with Usyk being better than Joshua. Plain and simple.

You can officially admit that Joshua vs Fury won't be next. I guess it's a good thing you were too scared to make that bet official.

Usyk didn’t allow AJ to do what he does, the feints and the movement had AJ completely befuddled, he was reluctant to commit with attacks because he was regularly missing and getting tagged with sharp counters.

Some of you guys really don’t understand boxing.
Redeemer loves him some AJ so this is how he copes with the loss.

He can’t bring himself to admit Usyk is just better than AJ.
