They changed the threshold because their cash cow got caught cheating, at the time the amount found in his body was above whatever threshold there was aka CHEATING! AlvaRoid is a cheater & you know it. You continue to move the goalpost for AlvaRoid but at the end of the day, a cheater is a cheater.

Depending on what "diuretic" it is, it can be as simple as taking supplements (every fighter does it). Fighters are idiots (I know I worked with quite a few of them) they take any supplements anyone who they deem knowledgeable about the subject tells them is good and the only question they ask is "nothing illegal in here, it wont make me fail a drug test" and the person who recommends it never says "depends" but always says "No, its safe" when that answer is 100% wrong, the answer is "DEPENDS"...
I mean, I appreciate the insight. And I'll take it for what it's worth. Maybe there's something to that. But I'm not into the "convince me that the obvious thing isn't actually correct" thing.
Boxers juice, period. Maybe not all. I don't know how many, but a bunch. Believe that.
Whether it's something akin to Deca to harden them but not necessarily put on weight, or something like Winnie that helps them shed the pounds. Even if it's a diuretic, it's unfair. Why? Because it gives them an unnatural edge advantage over the competition. Somebody who comes in with hard-trained muscle hardness is doing an uphill battle against somebody who comes in with juiced-up muscle hardness.
I don't care if they make them legal. Either way, it ought to be a level playing field. Pac. Canelo, Whomever else. Great boxers, but you know there's juice involved. if you get caught, you get caught. I don't need to defend them.

Welp, now you heard it wasn't a diuretic and you heard that Victor Conte used it.
What say ye?
People said they refused to put Canelo on P4P lists over a failed test, so let's be consistent - Oscar Valdez should be blocked from lists too.
