Actually that would be like saying someone didn't **** a minor because they changed the age from 16 to 14 after the fact. DNA would of course exonerate someone but Canelo taking the hair test doesn't have that same efficacy because the distinction between the two scenarios is that DNA would absolve this hypothetical rapist of any guilt; while regarding Canelo, there's no doubt of him having Clen in his system, what we're unsure of is the intent, and that's not measurable.
